I would love to recognize two Home Depot Associates for going above and beyond. On October 3, we purchased the Home Accents Haliday 2025 The Home Depo! Store village House. Penny from store #1006 in Manteca, CA and Lizbeth from store #2103 W. Des Moines, lA. Both associates made the receiving of my purchase happen. I am delighted that such conscientious, friendly and knowledgeable associates were ready, willing and able to answer all my needs. I am one happy customer!!

My first home improvement shopping starts w Home Depot. Always helpful employees, great problem solving when I need help and lots of employees ready to help. A+

Helpful staff, Rob remembered my name from our first interaction at the store three weeks ago. These guys are doing their best to take care of the customer.

The live Christmas trees were covered in snow and ice. They were frozen and could not be looked at. We chose a tree, but it was not a tree would have picked if all of the trees could have been looked at. Very disappointed.

Every time I have went to this location, it is well kept, and the employees are always pleasant and jump at the first chance to help. The employees at this location are always on point with their knowledge and go out of their way to make sure my customer experience is pleasant. I've also ordered items at this location for both delivery and in-store pickup. These additional experiences were also great! Keep up the great work!

Needed 2 taller toilets which are not plentiful. After doing some research we chose a Kohler brand. Home Depot had 2 in stock. The employees were helpful and very pleasant. Easy transaction. They carefully loaded them in my vehicle. Only took a few minutes to make the purchase.

We got great help on our visit to the garden center. We usually have the same experience at Home Depot. We've been ignored at other stores garden centers..

Bird seed bags were damaged with slits and or openings, spreading bird seed all over.

Everyone is wasting their time going to a Home Depot.

No engagement in customer service and little product knowledge.

I came to the store. This is the second time I have been shopping around for a new washer and dryer. Upon entering the store, I had no intentions of buying my washer and dryer that time. But the young gentleman that helped me answer all the questions I needed to have answered explained everything to me was very helpful. I made my decision right then and there I bought the product. End of story.

We are happy we shopped there and we come back.

Shopping for a new patio set was extremely easy! The lady that helped me make my selection (sorry I did not catch her name) to Colby who helped load the set made this purchase easy and quick. I appreciated all who helped! Thank you.

Clean, friendly, accommodating store. We had to order a telescoping ladder online, but were assisted from start to finish by a very helpful attendant in online department!

I needed to order a large quantity of top soil and mulch. I had two HD gift certificates to use, and a credit card. The sales associate who helped me made the purchase and arrangements for delivery SO easy. The experience was both satisfying and comforting. Staff is friendly and professional.

I will never go to this store again. I asked lady twice how much item ring for and she never respond just role her eyes.

We got a ceiling fan that was nice and relatively easy to install. The only problem was that an employee told us the light would go as bright as daylight. It in fact does not and you can’t figure this out till after it is installed. The product is good and easy to install it’s just not exactly what we wanted and can’t return because it is installed in ceiling. The employee asked us if we had questions and we did. Just got the wrong answers and now we are suffering because of his answers.

Went to pick up some electrical USB outlets and was disappointed with the lack of options.

Don't go here - go to the Home Depot on SE 14th, where you will be treated with genuine respect and interact with employees who actually want to help you.

HOME DEPOT is convenient and almost always has what I am looking for.

Rented a plate compactor from this location. Website advertised the rental price for $58 for four hours. I was charged $65 and then on final invoice they added another $9.95 for damage protection. May have been in fine print and I didn’t see. Whatever! Last time I will rent from these guys and likely will not be back to home Depot. Burn me once shame on you. Burn me twice shame on me.

Was not exactly sure of what I needed and the staff very easy to talk to and figure out what I needed to do to get supplies I needed

She was very courteous and friendly and helped me. I tried to order a dehumidifier on line but couldn't find where to enter my military number

I placed an online order for pickup, as a farmer, need to use my time wisely. Came to pick up item 5 hours later and the person that was responsible to fill pickup orders said my item was “out of stock”. However, I and other employee found multiple on the shelf. Disgraceful! West Des Moines DO BETTER

Our Home Depot Kitchen Designer and Home Depot's product selection are THE BEST!

I purchased a air purifier online using a gift card, and got a confirmation email and everything. 2 mins later, I got an email saying that the order was canceled. Not too sure why. Called in and Lizabeth took my call and answered all my questions. Went in, found the item, went to customer service, and Lizabeth was there ready to help! Lizabeth was efficient and got me in and out of the store in record time! She got my gift card issue figured out and I was on my way! The manager on duty, Taylor, was assisting also! Great group of ladies in the customer service dept. Thank you ladies so much!
