Immaculate&employee constantly offering assistance

One thing I very much appreciate about Home Depot is the 10% military discount. The prices may be a bit higher than Menards, but this benefit more than makes up difference; PLUS the quality is MUCH better!

Getting ready to redo the house that I just bought. Received great information for upcoming products and bought a few minor things, too.

Over-all experience was wonderful layout of the store made it easy to find everything we were looking for. We will be back in the near future to make purchases for finishing our remodelling of our bathroom.

I shop in several Home Depot stores because I own rental property in multiple states and cities. I love your store, your business philosophy and how friendly and helpful everyone always is. Thank you!

As usual went to the store looking for a few things and the associates are always willing to help find them and always know the products and which ones would better suit my needs

I had been trying for a couple of weeks to get a door ordered that needed some customization. Several visits to another company left me confused and no order made. Within minutes of my arrival at the Home Depot store, I had all of my questions answered and the order created. The staff at the store saved my weekend and my sanity!

As always, whenever I need some hardware item I shop the WDM Home Depot. It is always clean, well-stocked and has Super! salespeople! I am a veteran and the military discount is much appreciated also, and was the item that originally attracted me to Home Depot.

Got in and out quickly with what I needed. Help was easily available as needed.

I frequent HD on an almost daily basis (to the point of being offered an application and a cot in the back jokes lol) Mason sadly just left, he was the most helpful associate along with john, Cody, and many more I see and get great advice from every time I visit. Great job guys! Erik

Everything was clean and the help was very good . We bought a yard decoration and Christmas lights,and some L.E.D.lights for inside the house .

During the busy holiday season, the West Des Moines store did an excellent job of quickly filling my online order and making it available for pickup! Very pleased with the seamless process!

there was plenty of lumber in the racks to chose from and i had no problem getting help to load my items in my vehicle

While talking on the phone and walking down the rows and rows of selections. I was able to find what I needed and do a support call at the same time. Walk and chew gum at the same time. The lay out of the store makes finding stuff faster.

Shopped multiple appliance stores for new washer, compared service, selection and prices. Went with Home Depot as best of the bunch in all three. At this particular store as we were waiting for appliance associate to finish with a customer a manager stopped to ask if we needed assistance, took our order, provided all pertinent information and completed the rebate form. Will definitely recommend this store as employee attitude is a reflection of management attitude.
