The Green Bay West staff always asks if I would like assistance loading my purchases. #RedCarpet And some of my purchases in the last 6 months were for my home and some were for a rental property I own. Home Depot is my Go To store!

When looking for a great quality of items and if your looking for the customer service to shop Home Depot had all of our needs for doing home improvement in one stop, yes it was a little more on the pricier side but I'd rather have quality of quantity when it come to redoing my home.

In a time where good help is hard to find. Me and my son we so happy to meet Mike M at Home Depot. He truly went above and beyond to help us with our little project we are works on. He also included my son in on the process. Not only was I impressed but my son couldn’t stop talking about how nice and helpful he was.

Im finding that employees at this location seem uneducated on the store as well as NOT holding knowledge of Home Depot’s operations. The store manager apparently doesn’t see the need in the store and keeping the employees trained. Employees can’t be walking around having no knowledge how to treat customers as well as giving customers false information. They certainly need to shape up in this store starting with the store manager!

I've been a long time customer at this Home Depot , for many different purchases ranging from washers and dryers to window treatments to interior paint to furniture, etc. and I've never had a bad experience. The customer service is 5 star and they've always been very courteous and helpful. It's this reason that I keep coming back.

I purchased the echo 580 ht back pack leaf blower and I love it it does leaves in half the time it took me with my old one and its very fuel efficient I went through three tasks full with the old one and this hardly use any at all.

I had some items shipped to the store and I needed to buy a few more things for my bedroom project and the staff at the customer service counter went above and beyond to ensure I found everything in store and updated tracking on an additional item in my shipping order. W Green Bay is the best store by far!

I have been a customer of Home Depot for a couple of decades and have never been disappointed. My particular store is what keeps me coming back because of their 5-star Customer Service. One year I even brought them a big cake from a local bakery and personalized it to thank them for such wonderful service! Thank you Home Depot!

I was very nervous about measuring and ordering countertops for the kitchen. Alicia was amazing. She explained every step of the way and reassured me that they would verify my measurements and make sure it was a perfect fit. She also showed me edging and explained my options along the way. Great shopping experience - She Took the stress out of ordering.

I purchased a Cub Cadet riding mower this week. From purchase to delivery everything went well. Employee Matt was very excellent with helping and explaining the mower

They are helpful if you ask someone a question

I like to read their ads and when I see any supplies that we use on sale, I buy a few as we live a long ways from a Home Depit store. They carry a variety of products so we can usually find what we need.

Thank a veteran when shopping because the employee knew her products greeted me and I thank her for service in the military! I always see her engaging with her customers when I go there.

I was able to place an order for a washer and dryer from my telephone because of an awesome customer service representative at Home Depot. Emily was pleasant, kind, and knowledgeable, going out of her way to answer my questions. It was a great experience being able to take care of my order over the telephone.

I've bought a lot items from lawnmowers to tools. Akways good and happy with purchases.

The gentlemen at the service deck where I checked out was friendly and curiously. I forgot to give my coupon the first time and he redid the transaction for me. The Second Gentlemen working in the kitchen fixture was very helpful with helping me decide on out faucets. Both were A plus guys.

Dale Ducat is really the best guy. He helped me out when I needed it the most. Thanks for the helping hand in replacing my weedeater trimmer head. Could not have done it without his knowledge and help.

I required directions to summer outdoor chairs. I asked an employee for the location of outdoor chairs. The employee told me to go to the east end of the store. I asked "Garden Center?". Employ said yes. There was no garden furniture. I found another employee and asked. I was told "front of store past Service Counter.". I went there and found the display. I purchased two outdoor chairs with cushions.

I bout Scott's brown bark a month ago, 5 for $10.00 great deal luv this brand, I ran out. so I waited for sale it is now 4 for $10.00. not bad price. I prefer Scott's over all the rest, higher quality. Everyone very nice even customers help us women load up. How nice!!!
