Everything I come into the store I am always greeted with a welcoming smile. However the best thing is that when ever I need help there is always someone close by that always has the answer.

Today I went to buy a push mower. Haven’t bought one in nearly 30 years! The staff (ask for Tom) we’re all so helpful and full of information. They made my selection process so much easier! I bought a battery powered Ryobi which was the top choice in Consumer Report. I was going with gas powered but after listening to Tom I realized the battery powered made more sense for the environment and my pocketbook! Tom also recommended some Ryobi yard tools like a weed wicker and tree cutting gadget that run off the same batteries as the lawn mower! Check out the Home Depot on Taylor Street Green Bay. I've been a Home Depot customer for decades, not only for their products but because their customer service is 5-Star. It's what keeps me coming back! My recent purchase of a Toro lawnmower was no exception. Whether my purchases are small or are large home improvements, it's clear that Home Depot values their customers and, for me, that is essential especially in these challenging days we live in.

I was so pleased with my last purchase at the home depot. Jessica checked me out and used my military id to give me my discount.

I come in for last minute items to finish projects and the service I get is pleasing. I usually need plywood and need it cut smaller than the 4x8 sheet it comes in. The staff is always willing to help and it makes me happy to spend my money locally instead of online or somewhere else.

Best customer service hands down goes to Scott! He needs a raise!!

Each thing I ever have purchased at Home Depot has always been quality and worked as expected.

We used our old refrigerator for 25 years and by chance saw that there was a sale of $600 off on a new one at Home Depot, so we purchased and are very glad we did!

Brett in the paint department is amazing. He is so kind & super knowledgeable. He always has a down to earth attitude & is super helpful. If it wasn’t for Brett’s exceptional customer service, I’d rate this store about three or four stars.

I worked with Dale O in the paint department and he is very knowledgeable about the BEHR paint. He helped with custom matching the paint color I need and was very helpful!

We went to a competitor to order a fridge and the staff was not very knowledgeable and said we had to special order and pay extra for certain colors we wanted even though it’s listed standard on there website. Left disappointed. Then we went to Home Depot and Jesse C in the appliance area found exactly what we needed without having to add additional charges for the color we wanted. It was quick and painless( except for money part). He got us exactly what we wanted. Thank you!

I've been a dedicated Home Depot customer for decades because of their 5-star customer service. Very helpful, very polite, very knowledgeable and friendly! Their 6 month, 12 month and 24 month interest free specials (with my Home Depot credit card) have been extraordinarily helpful in being able to purchase bigger items while making interest-free monthly payments! These days the news is filled with employment woes, but Home Depot on Taylor St. in Green Bay, WI must do something right because they have such helpful and knowledgeable staff! Every time!

If you want customer service, don't shop here. If you want rude cashiers, and long wait times then come to GB home depot. They don't care about the customer. They only care about going home. We get it, stuff is crazy right now. Everyone has a tough going these days. But they can't bring that to their job. They're in customer service. They should understand that their attitude makes or breaks a store.

I found all the flowers I was looking for. It was a very pleasant shopping trip.

We went window shopping today for our new house. Walking through the store the staff was very helpful to address questions while they were restocking. The selection was great and I sure I be visiting a bunch over the next year while I do those minor repairs around the house.

Peggy and Kurt in appliances are AWESOME!!!!!! They deserve a raise!!!
