Home Depot is the perfect place to stop by for your home project

I purchased five keys for my home and they were all cut incorrectly. The staff member was on her cell phone during the entire process and transaction. So unsafe and rude!

I needed chicken wire to protect new plantings from the rabbits. The staff person knew exactly what I was looking for and WALKED ME to it.

I was helped by Zulma in the window treatment department. Not only was she nice, she had a vast knowledge of measuring and cutting blinds or my windows.

I only have good experiences shopping here, however, I respectfully stopped shopping at Home Depot for awhile because I heard that H.D. ownership supported the worst president in history who is soon to be retired. Thankfully. Please be more thoughtful which political figures you choose to support in the future!

In and out in 10 minutes with a new garbage disposal. The parking lot was a little nutty but inside the store went smoothly.

Staff need to be retrained and be more helpful and friendly with the customer. Difficult to get help and cashier did not even bothered to informed you that you were leaving some items behind you (even after you paid for those)

We have contracted with the Home Depot in West Hartford for several projects in our home. We have had blinds installed in our living room, and family room, replaced a counter top, had a vinyl fence installed and most recently had six windows replaced in our family room. We have been extremely satisfied for every project completed. Our windows were replaced on Friday, October 9, 2020. The two men who arrived on time were extemely neat (placing tarps inside and outside of our family room), worked steadily throughout, and when they left you never wouild have known they were here. The tarps were picked up, all debris removed, the carpet completely clean and the outside spotless.

I find what I was looking for most of the time I had went there and the associates are very helpful and friendly to assist you in finding whatever you need the store is clean and neat

Such a better shopping experience than the Bloomfield Store.

It was a joy to find that HD was accommodating customers through on-line ordering of items and then providing curbside delivery. This was fantastic! I was able to pick out several items that I needed, pay for them on-line, and then have the items placed in my car by a helpful HD employee. This removed all of the stress associated with "how will I get this done and still stay safe?". The store employees were very kind and made the process so much easier than I anticipated. Thank you!

This store lied to me about a delivery date on a refrigerator just to make a sale. Wish I could give it no stars.

Store management needs to handle its staff better about wearing masks correctly and address the individuals wearing them on their chin and not covering mouth and nose. Same individual over and over. How can you stop customers or ask customers to wear them if your employee wants to not follow the rules

The safety measures in place at the store is good. The store is clean and goods and items are easily located. Staffs are friendly, customers oriented.

Shout out to Roger for being super helpful and having a great attitude. He went the extra mile to help us twice during our shopping trip today. Give this man a raise!

I was impressed by the preparedness of the staff to usher us into the store, even with the sensitive nature of this time we’re in right now. They were very friendly, cheerful and helpful. I felt good going into this store. The products were easy to find as I use their product finder and the isle and bays had what I needed.
