The store was very clean, and the employees were friendly and helpful.

I recently purchased some supplies at the West Hartford home depot. In my rush to get to work, I forgot my wallet. Employee found and refused to take any gratuity. Excellent example of the honest and hard working individuals that work at the store. I have never had a negative experience with anyone in customer service at this store. I will continue to patron this store.

The HOME DEPOT's Customer Service Rocks! My girlfriend and I are from NY, we stopped by even though we were visiting friends in CT, because I needed a 2 X 4 cut to my specs, and I wanted to get this off my "to-do" list. Am very grateful I got the help I needed, and the gentleman took my two pieces of lumber to my car. Am disabled and on a cane, and I feel very welcome in your store!

good customer service, very friendly

My experience at the store was okay, until I asked and associate if I can have a plat cart that had product on it. He said yes. So I asked him if he could remove the product for me because it was too heavy for me. He said he would but he didnt. Instead he walked away. Luckily another associate( i think her name was Melanie) came and help me.

This store has an amazing selection of items. I was able to purchase everything I needed to recondition the roof on my motor home. This store is the only home improvement store in the Hartford area to carry the Henry tropicool rubber roof reconditioning system.

Everyone was very nice. Each person I spoke with was knowledgeable and helpful. I am putting wiring in a sprinter van and the help was appreciated. Great experience!

I love shopping at this Home Depot. I have generally been pleased with how helpful the employees are. However, at my most recent visit to order a part for my garage door, I found employee Dennis especially helpful in figuring out which style door, calling the manufacturer to get the part #s, and then ordering the parts on-line, and having them mailed directly to my home in another state. !00% customer satisfaction.

Kate at the Garden Center is very knowledgeable and fun. She made excellent recommendations and the store had a very good selection of plants, perennials, and pots. She focused on what type of light our house gets and had great taste. She really improved the curb side value of our house.

I was pleased the store was completely stocked with spring garden needs...the flowers were beautiful, the herbs lush and I found lettuce plants which looked great.

Zoiy is amazing! Just when you think that good customer service is dead, Zoiy does an amazing job and restores your faith!

Sometimes service is below par, my wife and I walked out recently when we went to the paint counter and asked for help, and 2 female employees were to busy talking to each other to help us, and then my wife overheard them making comments about her! They were very rude. But, there are also great employees in the store, we met one about 1 1/2 years ago when we purchased windows. Very friendly and helpful (His name is Mark). Look forward to seeing and working with him in the future!

Customer service is always key. I was helped today by an associate named Oret. I was in home depot for about 15 minutes which is awesome for all the questions I had. He knew the products and didn't mind helping me in more than one area. I made it to work on time lol
