Staff was great but not happy with all the add on for the set price was 648.00 for each but ended up at 1700.00 for all of it 400.00 of which was add on which 200.00 of that was 3 year extended warranty 100.00 for each machine

I went to this store to replace an oven bulb. It really wasn’t that big a deal to get it but thought while I was there I would see if I could find it. I like to first try to find things on my own. There was someone doing inventory in the specialty bulb area that assisted. Then the attendant for that area came to help. I then proceeded to appliance section to check for bulb for that particular oven. She came over and looked and found the correct bulb. I love it when different departments come together as a team to get the job done.

The employees at West Huntsville Home Depot go out of their way to help customers.

He will listen, draw out plans and go over every detail with precision and patience. My worries of the unknown literally melted away.He knows the secret to amazing customer service!

Normally, I prefer buying appliances from appliance-specialty stores where the sales people are knowledgeable. Stig Crandall, the salesman at the HD Madison Appliance Department was as knowledgeable on the dishwasher I bought as any salesperson I've encountered (in my 80 years). I learned more from him in 10 minutes that I could in hours on the Web. A lot of what he explained isn't even on the manufacturer's website. Also the price was better than anywhere else I checked in stores or online. From now on, HD will be my first stop when I need a major appliance.

I really dread going to home depot since they started locking up the tools. I can't really even see through the bars to find what I am looking for and it took me about 15 minutes to find the item I was looking for. Then I declined to look around for anything else since the employee has to wealk me to the register holding the tool like I am going to make a break for it if I could touch it. The hedge trimmer is ok by the way. It doesn't telescope like I thought. 8 foot is the max length if you add the middle pole.

Was in yesterday and while we checked out an employee sat on their phone the entire time, never even looked up to us or spoke to us. Must be nice to get paid for doing nothing.

Employees seem to have gone through some training to be more helpful to Customers

Employees at HOME CEPOT MADISON, AL. are nice and very cordial. In fact, one of the young ladies at the Customer Service counter went out of her way to help me Order something on line. That was really nice of her to help me.

It is very difficult to find anyone to help you. Last time I was waiting more than 15 minutes for someone to cut a board for me. I finally gave up waiting and cut the board myself using a handsaw. Also the female person at the pro desk checkout site was very rude. The whole experience at Home Depot is becoming very annoying!

I am a widower and thought Home Depot would take care of me..I was lied to by 2 of your men employees ..totally shocked that this was done..never again will I buy this type stuff from your store

I bought some paint to paint my kitchen island.

I’ve never been disappointed in the store or the people working there.

I ordered a dishwasher and a range from Home Depot and was given a delivery date by Home Depot. I took off from work to be there for delivery. I was contacted the evening before the delivery to be told my order was being delayed. I called back and sole to a customer service representative that gave me no new date and that I would be called 48 hours before they decided they were going to deliver the products I had already paid for. She said she couldn’t give me a date. I told her that my oven wasn’t working and that is why I bought a new one. I told her that I was replacing the garbage LG dishwasher that I had purchased from HOME DEPOT that lasted a few months over the 12 month warranty. The representative then called the supplier and was able to tell me the items would arrive a week later. So now I am without the items I purchased, $2000+ until they bring them and install them, the $700 for the garbage dishwasher they sold me previously and a days pay $240-$300

I don’t blame Home Depot for not stocking the specific item I needed, but I’m disappointed that the staff watched me as I was looking for something that I couldn’t find but they didn’t offer to help.
