I bought a new Toro Lawn mower the wheel feel off the 1st 40 minutes from being brought from the store, the manager gave me an option to order the wheel hub, or bring it in for a refund or exchange it for a new one. Great customer service keep it up.

Home Depot always has the best selection of different types of real ceramic pots -- at reasonable prices. I bought two large terra cotta pots to plant my olive trees in. They look great on my patio!

I arrived at Home Depot in a hurry trying to get back to a project. Upon getting my items and heading to checkout, I noticed a line starting to form. Before I had the opportunity to get upset on of the customer reps immediately noticed the line beginning to form and quickly opened up an additional register. I want to recognize Amber Jones for going above and beyond to help me with my painting project. AJ is a valuable asset to HD. AJ patiently explained the difference in paint types, the brand types and provided recommendations to what might work best for my project. She has that charm and warmth that makes a customer feel engaged and not rushed. She knew her stuff and I truly felt she had my interest in at heart. Justin, the Manager, was never too busy to listen to what I had to say. Thank you.

There was someone in every department to answer my questions and help me find the best product for the job. They pointed out different products than the ones I originally intended to get, which saved me time and money. Then loaded the car for me.

This is the second time I have come here and grabbed a pot on your top shelf just to have freezing cold water crash down and spill all over me. What is wrong with you guys? Either move the pots from your garden section and bring in doors OR flip the pots over so the rain water doesn't fill up! Where is your common sense?! I told Elizabeth about this problem and she seemed very irritated with this request and I'm sure she will not do it based on her terrible and unfriendly attitude!

Very poor service today at Madison Home Depot. Not once was I greeted by any employee, although there were several throughout the store. I visited Kitchen and Bath, Hardware, and Garden and had some questions but some employees were to busy with their private conversation to even acknowledge that I was there. Hope this was just an isolated incident instead of normal business practices.

They had a wrong price on the self and never honored it even though it had expired in 2008

I rarely write store reviews, but this one is worth it. The associates at customer service were very helpful, but it was Carlos in hardware who went above and beyond! If you ever need help in hardware ask for Carlos, he will make sure you are treated as an A+ customer. Because of him, I will consider shopping here before going to Lowe’s for my hardware needs. The 4 stars are because they were out of the 3 parts I needed, but Carlos helped me choose an alternative.

Staff is always helpful. The assistance needed is always available and friendly. The product I was looking for was in stock at this store and no others in north Alabama. This is the best of the three stores in the Huntsville, AL area.
