Great store and super employees. Appreciated the lack of cluster in the isles, made my search easier. Also appreciated employees unsolicited aid in asking me if I needed help - made me feel as if I was their main priority. In other words, they acted like they appreciated my business and that my presence was not an inconvenience!

I was very please with the friendliness and helpfulness of the employees.

Love shopping at this location. The staff is very friendly and more than helpful.

Whenever I visit this store the associates are promg and friendly, they can always help locate a product and the store is well stocked.

Got sample of color for bedroom, Associate was helpful with this suggestion.

I had ask two associates for assistance. They readily new what and where the product was I needed and I didn't feel like I was inconveniencing them. It was such a change from other stores I have gone to!

Home Depot is a very good place to shop. I would highly recommend them.

Grace is phenominal! She assisted me with purchasing 3 large items, to the extent she carried the carpet herself and found me a special item in the store. Her, along with the other helpful individuals that night, set this store apart! Amazing customer service! I will continue to be a patron, spending way more than I should at this store.

Our sales associate was great. He didn't hesitate to greet us when we walked in. He asked if he could help, we explained we wanted to look at storm doors. He took us directly there. I showed him what we were looking for. He showed us the door that had those features and we ordered. Because it was a special order, we expected a higher price but it wasn't. The price on the door is what we paid. The sales associate was super nice and friendly. He made it much easier than we expected. He explained everything we needed, but not in too much detail rather just enough. We then went to look at rugs, and had a similar experience there. The sales associate was super nice and even retrieved a cart so we could put the rug on it once we picked one out. Thank you for such an easy buying experience.

I am in the process of re-painting my bathroom and I needed to get the ugly wallpaper out first. The paint associate was very kind and helpful.

I had a order delivered to an address near the Madison location. Some things were not on that shipment so i went to the Madison store to pick up the remaining items. Everyone was help full and apologized for the mix up. I pick up my items with no hassels and returned to the ob site.

Best in finding everything that you are looking for. Will shop here before anywhere else for home items.

We need to buy a lot of paint and Sara was very helpful and patient with us and we were trying to decide the exact colors. She not only helped us but she also helped several other people while our paint was mixing.

I stopped at the Customer Service desk to ask for help finding a couple of products. The associate was quick to help and also friendly with my child.

Found products in hardware in lawn and garden, but not enough associates to get products loaded in my car, 15 bags of wood chips, usually there is someone there ready to assist.

Overall good experience. Was in a hurry on this particular visit so frustrated with cordless drill/driver section. Couldn't match the display item to actual boxed to purchase product, so didn't buy. Also if I worked in the store, I would make it a point to operate every tool in a real application so I could answer questions in detail. Use the impact wrench on actual lugs, apply some mud on sheetrock to fix butt joint vs big hole vs small holes, know what length screw to use on sheetrock, how much cfm compressor needs for differing jobs, etc.

I went into the store with a pintrest project in mind, explained this to an associate and he graciously helped me find all the items needed in my project. He also informed me of Ladies Night, an activity put together around pintrest projects. I will definetly be attending those events. Thank you!

The Check Out operator, STEPANIE, was very friendly, efficient and courteous for me and especially since this was her first time at the Check Out Station. She also directed me to the survey and encouraged me to enter for a chance to win a Home Depot Gift Card.

We got improved and up to date tools to fix our bathroom problem. A commode needed unclogging. We had an old style plunger that did not work. We got a new bellows type and a snake just in case it was needed.

Shop here quite often for a variety of items. Always get prompt attention and extremely courteous service. Will return since customer service is so good.

Chris from flooring was extremely helpful. He located a Ryobi hybrid trimmer that was difficult to find. He was polite and pleasant.

Extremely positive, courteous, professional service and experience! Would definitely recommend using Home Depot services to any of our friends. We were purchasing cabinets to renovate the kitchen, master bath, 2 other baths, wet bar, and a laundry room.

There was no price on the item I wanted to purchase so the cashier price checked the item with a smile on her gave and than apologized that there wasn't a price on that item.

Just wanted to take a minute to tell you how great of an experience I had in your Madison store. I was in dire need of a new washer/dryer as I have a family of six and ours had just died. I walked into Home Depot and was helped by Ted and I believe Debbie was her name and another gentlemen (sorry, didn't get his name). They all bent over backwards to help me. I'm very glad we have both a Home Depot and Lowes in Madison. Competition is good. The Home Depot store is clean and well organized. There always seems to be assistance available when I need it too.

Over all I was very please with every please with everything.
