The Home Depot Rental Center at W Inglewood

Kick off your next home improvement job with confidence and the right tools. Let The Home Depot Tool Rental Center in W Inglewood expand your toolbelt with the items you don't have on hand. You can rent a tool and return it when you're done. In fact, if you found the tools so useful that you didn't want to return them, ask about purchasing used tools. The retired rental tools are discounted compared to the new items in our aisles.

Tame the Lawn and Trees
Keep up with summer growth with outdoor power equipment rentals. Neaten around the garden with a rental lawn mower and get that driveway and sidewalk clean again with a pressure washer rental. Your outdoor oasis will be refreshed before you know it.

Rent Concrete Mixers to Finish That Project
Stabilize your outdoor jobs by renting a concrete mixer. Use larger mixers for bigger projects. Towable concrete mixers make it easy to get your equipment to your home or job site. We also carry concrete grinders and concrete saws in various sizes.

Load 'N Go Trucks
If you're renting a large tool but don't have room in your vehicle, we can help with that, too. Check out our Load 'N Go rentals and rent a truck. No need to worry about taking up valuable driveway space with an old truck for the rare occasion of hauling items. Just rent a moving truck and keep your driveway open for grilling or a game of catch.

How do I rent tools and trucks?

Stop by the Rental Center at your nearest Home Depot to see what's available. If you'd like confirmation before you drive there, call first to inquire about a tool or truck. You might also check out our tool rental or truck rental pages to see if what you need is offered at your local store. For more info on renting tools, read our Tool Rental FAQs, which includes equipment terms and conditions.

Can I rent tools by the hour?

You can rent a tool for four hours or more. It depends on how long you'd like to rent them. Small home improvement jobs may only require a short rental period, and long-term projects aren't a problem either. You've got options to rent tools by the day, month, or week, too. If you need it longer than what you signed up for, call the Rental Center for an extension and avoid late fees.

When do I bring the tools back?

It's fine to return the tools early if you complete your project sooner than predicted, but on-time works, too. Just make sure to bring them back by the deadline listed on your rental paperwork. Please clean off any grime and dust from the tool as well. If you need the tools longer, give the rental center a call to see if you can extend your rental period.

Can I rent a truck for a few hours?

Rent a truck or moving van for as long as you need it. For short trips, 75 minutes could be enough time. Otherwise, consider renting it by the day or the week, depending on the length of your project. Don't forget to factor in the drive between the job site and the store, as you'll need to bring it back to the same store you rented it from. Penske moving truck rentals allow round-trip options as well as one-way options, and they have different terms. Make sure to read the terms and conditions before selecting a van.

Do I need to refill the rental truck with gas?

Yes, please fill up the truck before you bring it back. Make a note of the original fuel level when you receive the truck, and fill it with enough gas to match that level. If you don't, you'll have to pay a penalty known as the fuel replacement charge.

Do I just need a driver's license to rent a truck?

No, you also need to be 21 or older, in addition to holding a valid driver's license. Depending on your state, you might require car insurance, as well as a credit card hold or a deposit, too. Please bring your credit card for Home Depot truck rentals, as we don't accept cash. Penske moving truck rentals have different requirements, so read those if you plan to rent a Penske truck.
