A great place to shop

Susie went above and beyond to help me get some extra material returned. She took the extra time to make sure everything went smoothly and as planned. Thank you so much for your help and most definitely will continue shopping and bringing my business to this location when available to do so!!

Pattie was great. She took the time to listen and find the correct product we were looking for.

I am in the store almost every day. Ryan and Caleb have been great to work with and all the staff is always very friendly and always willing to help no matter what the situation is. This greatly appreciated of the store and the staff. If you’re not shopping at the this Home Depot you’re missing it.

Standing, waiting, standing, waiting... Employees in the appliances area saw me, but did not speak, did not help. Finally, I went to the front and asked for help. Then I got help. Should not have been necessary to go to the front.

Bought a freezer, paid $55 for delivery and installation. Original delivery scheduled for the 15th, was notified it would be delayed to the 16th. Actual delivery was the 15th by FedEx Ground. Box was left outside the door. Delivery guy didn’t bother to knock on the door. I paid for installation, but had to unpack and install the freezer myself.

Employees are always friendly and helpful. Always appear happy to help and are knowledgeable about their work and give good advice on what ever you are working on.

I bought a washer. It was higher at HD than the other store. They price matched. Tim and Cole D was amazing and helpful. Cole went to the back to see if there were any others that would work better for us. He was super friendly and helpful. Tim did our paperwork on the purchase and even tho the address was written down wrong, the whole transaction ran smoothly. He was very knowledgeable on the warranty, item and helpful when it came to us deciding on which washer to get. THANK YOU TIM AND COLE!!!!

Checked out the Xmas products, there were plenty to choose from and we looked at various kitchen sinks and hardware for when we order online.

I had an issue working the register but the staff manning the area were right on top of it all and helped immediately! Really appreciated their assistance and will definitely go back to this particular Home Depot store.

I brought in several small items to return. Most of them were small packages of screws, etc. that had been accumulating. The woman at returns greeted me with a scowl, and told me I could only return one of my purchases without a receipt. I'd returned things before without a receipt and I got a store credit. When I asked her why, she went back and checked and found some more of my items could be returned. She said they were the only ones purchased on my credit card. She pushed the "non-returnable" items back at me. I asked to see a supervisor; she called, but after 10 minutes of waiting, I left. The whole time, she frowned and she acted like I was trying to cheat her. If HD's return policy has changed, you should make customers aware to it.

Make sure the items are not used. This Home Depot will put used items back on the shelf and sell them as new. The items I purchased were hammered on one side so bad the black paint was chipped off. The other side had the new sticker on it and looked new. Found out when I went to install.

Ordered cabinets from them and they have professionals on staff ready to assist!

The staff were very helpful in assisting the placement of an order for a large number of door locks. Product was shipped to store in a timely manner. Nice, professional crew with good results.

I left happy because my clerk, Mike stayed with me until I found exactly what I was looking for. I’m 81 years old and Mike was courteous and nice.

I was able to get a better delivery date.

Other than that nauseating food cart parked about ten feet from the check out door and it’s wafting smell rolling through the store, I love this place. The cart is so close to the door it’s almost like the general manger is getting a cut. Move that csrt way away from the door please. it stinks.

What a joy to shop at Home Depot. There were plenty people to assist us and direct us to the correct aisles. At the end, Mike was outside and asked us if we needed help, which we did. What wonderful customer service

This is my go-to store for DIY home maintenance and improvement. Easy access via I-40; always well stocked; and AVAILABLE FRIENDLY employees!

I purchased carpet from Home Depot intending it to be merely a second quote because I thought another company would be my first choice. I almost always get 2-3 quotes. However, the quality of the carpet and laminate steps and the better price Home Depot offered as well as the professionalism of the people I talked to caused me to change my mind.

We purchased many items for our home and greatly appreciated Pattie in the appliance department. She knew everything about the appliances and helped us pick out the best washer and dryer. Other store employees were helpful and kind too! Will be shopping here again
