GREAT STORE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Greg in Tool Rentals made our day! We brought in a mower that had quit running, only to learn that they didn't service that particular brand because they weren't able to order parts for it. But Greg went the extra mile with us to diagnose the issue and voila! One $4 spark plug later, our mower was running again and we were thrilled. Thank you Greg!!!

The Store is typical of Home Depot, with many different things, including lumber, hardware, plumbing supplies, a large garden department, etc. The difference in this store id that the service is very inconsistent. Sometime a team member will tell you that it is on aisle 42, when it really is on aisle 4. On a good day they will take you to the item. Lately, there have not been many good days.

This store had exactly what I needed, and it even listed the location (aisle and bin no.) on the website! Employees were friendly and very helpful in finding other items I was looking for.

Roger at checkout was great. Phil in tools advised us a sale on this item was a better deal than this 1 single item . Phil searched the entire store for this particular item that was in stock but not found easily but eventually found it.

Very helpful sales staff. Particularly Patty Thiele and Jeffry in lumber. They sought me out to see if I needed help and went above and beyond. I have some slight health restrictions, and they made it very easy and very pleasant. I am so grateful.

I am a LONG-TIME HD customer. I live in Lenoir City, Tennessee...previously in West Knoxville. The attitude of the West Knoxville store employees far exceeds that of the Lenoir City and Maryville stores. The Lenoir City and Maryville stores would be well served by employee attitude training from the West Knoxville store.

Customer service was a joke. I called the corporate office before traveling to this store due to some order issues. The corporate office offered me a discount and stated the store will have no issues applying this discount. They refused to call and work with me. Instead had to pay full price due to bad management. Additionally they canceled my online order causing $1500 to be held and rang my items up as if I was in store. So, luckily I had the money. They should probably let you know this before hand. Some folks may not be as fortunate as me.

The staff at this location are very helpful and professional. This will be my new home depot store. Thank you for welcoming us to your store and community.

I am a senior citizen and my daughter shopped with me to buy a new garage refrigerator. Mine died unexpectedly. A friendly employee met us in the appliance department, took my information and set up a delivery time. It was easy transaction.

Would definitely recommend this store. Staff is friendly and Alan is the man you want to talk to in the lighting department. He knows more about lighting, fixtures, and bulbs- down to their color spectrum and why one is better than another- than anyone I’ve ever met and is more than happy to share his expertise with you. The store has a great selection of products and I will drive the 30 minutes to get there the next time I need anything.

Everyone in this store is very helpful and knowledgeable about their products.

Peyton at the service desk told me about the website and how I could order things from home that I thought could only be done in the store.

employees went above and beyond to assist me with a tiny calculator battery. unfortunately it was not in stock so it was suggested that i go to a battery store. because of that assistance i purchased more than i had originally intended to. this home depot will be my go to store from now on.

This store is clean and I’ve found that the employees in the different departments (Electrical, lighting, lumber, plumbing, tile) are knowledgeable and helpful.

Brendon in plumbing (Aisle 7) was a terrific help in finding and applying a few PVC items. These were very specific items needed to complete a garbage disposer project. When I returned home, I was able to wrap up the project in record time. Thank you Brendon!

Taylor in customer service was so helpful and patient; even though it was extremely busy when we were there. She helped us with our need and was efficient and kind.

Went to Home Depot today and had a manager refuse to match a competitor's coupon at check out even though Home Depot has matched these competitor's coupons at other times. At my car I realized the 'deal of the day' I bought didn't ring up correctly. I went back in to the service desk where the lady had no idea what the 'deal of the day' was and that Home Depot even offered such a thing. After showing her on my phone, she said those savings are only available online. I then had to show her online where it says it's available in-store and online. Finally, she refunded me the difference. It's frustrating to encounter employees who don't know their company's offerings or policies and to have to fight with them over it. It's also frustrating to have such inconsistency on 'matching' competitor prices and coupons. Sometimes they do and sometimes they don't....

This store is my default go-to DYI place. The staff is always super helpful, and since the COVID-19 hit, and HD took aggressive action to protect me and other customers, I don't hesitate to venture into the store. Thanks to the HD app, I also know exactly what is available in store, and where it is. All associates are very good, but I want to single out Lynnette, who was exceptionally patient and helpful recently when there was a problem with my HD account that needed fixing. We have used almost every service HD West Knoxville has, and NEVER been disappointed.
