I spent $7,000 to replace my home with laminate flooring that included stairs. When the installer came in, he did an excellent job. However, he said he would not do the stairs. What? Why didn't Home Depot tell me this before? I had to hire another handyman to do the stairs and return the unused material at a 15% restocking fee. Plus I could not return the opened box. So I lost about $1,000 simply because Home Depot did not make it clear they don't do stairs.

I bought a Refrigerator yesterday and very happy. I am appreciative Denise Tristan who helped me a lot such as applying the Home depot credit card and explaining anything i need to know

On Tuesday, I purchased a small refrigerator at the Milpitas Home Depot. We asked to have it delivered on Wednesday, we were told no problem. I was told that the delivery would be made between 6:00AM and 8:00 PM. I called several times to ask if there was a better idea for time, No Sir, there is not! I am still waiting. I finally got the number for the company scheduled to deliver it, somewhere between now and 8:00PM. Nothing better than that!

Home Depot in Milpitas should be the best. Poor hiring has allowed many employees to take advantage of their lack of performance by sneaking away and not attending the appropriate aisle. They consistently deny that they don't work in this department, despite being required to work in all departments. Customer support and relationships are extremely poor. Milpitas Home Depot requires work hours to be more productive and disciplined.

In general I find Home Depot to be short staffed. However, no problem when I need to make a return.

They have filled the isles with display. Anyone stopping to look blocks traffic. Carts cannot pass. I'm very surprised the fire martial allows this.

Not every installation technician is good when 1st installation (10/5/2024). The 2nd time installation technician Roger and Gustavo are good (10/10/2024). They found out leakage problem on new GE washer and dryer combo installation problem, quickly remove it and installed it with tool like check no vibration when washing the clothes.

Your store was well stocked with plenty of options.

Great place to get plants

The customer service at Home Depot is subpar and requires improved training in customer relations. The company appears to hire individuals who lack politeness, which negatively reflects on their reputation. I had a terrible experience returning an item I bought at Home Depot recently because staff members didn't know how handle my situation nor did anyone care enough about helping us figure things out - very disappointed.

Sad to say, I am an avid customer with Home Depot that’s not the sad part the sad part is walking into a Milpitas going to customer service and having your young cashier Andrea scream and yell at your customers. When you approach the cashier, you get called a b word very softly after correct said person saying, isn’t it better to say next customer please instead of screaming next aggressively and angrily as all the customers were expressing her demeanor was too aggressive. ! Then she continues on to tell me to go to self check out my girlfriend, a manager for Home Depot. I can purchase said product through customer service and then she wanted to argue with me. No I couldn’t and when I told her well, let me call my girlfriend who’s a manager at Home Depot and see what she has to say. She slam my prodding after ringing it up back on the counter, slammed my change on the counter and your other customer service girl who has tattoos on her elbows and wears glasses, had something to say as well a person such as myself that works in human resource, would have those two written up, if not suspended or retrained, this is ridiculous we are paying customers and we help pay their paycheck because without us, they would not have a job

I bought sanded ceramic tile caulk used around sinks, Husky junior tube copper cutter, and SharkBite copper connection and disconnect clip. Only with the great knowledge of the Home Depot staff in the grout and plumbing sections, was I able to complete my home owner projects over the weekend. The staff was friendly to approach and understood I was a homeowner looking for such products. As a homeowner, I recommend this store to find the right project repair products.

Multiple team members told me to go to an isle and someone would come help me get a multimeter out of a lockbox. 15 min total and no one shows up. The manager and staff were condescending when I told them I had been waiting. They have off duty staff calling me “bro”.
