I had came in to Home Depot trying to find materials for redoing a bathroom and the employes where very polite and very professional thanks to them I was able to find what I needed and which ones would work better for my situation very nice store 10 out of 10 satisfied customer

On a day of running errands and dealing with many different stores, this was by far the best experience of the day. I was out the door in less than 5 minutes due to good signage and the competence of the associate.

Needed help with several items, was directed to specialist, associate called ahead so they were waiting for my arrival.

The store was clean and everything was great except for cashier Daleen who had very poor customer service. She cancelled my order and told me the items I ordered were not in stock. She said my card had not been charged because my order was cancelled. However, my THD gift card had been charged and nothing had been refunded. I went to the store the next morning and spoke to a different cashier in customer service and she confirmed that I had not been refunded the money on the gift card because I had to be there in person so that the money could be refunded back to the card because it wasn't a credit card. Online it said that they had six items of what I had ordered so out of curiosity I went to check to see if they had them and sure enough they were on the shelf. I did get the items I ordered but I had to get them myself, which is not a big deal except for the fact that cashier Daleen was rude and canceled the order the night before because she said they didn't have any when they actually did.

Typical Homedepot, products and services are what you would expect. My only problems tend to be what I want isn't in stock or is the wrong color and stuff like that. Over all I am glad they are close to my home and that they normally have the selection that works for my type of projects.

I came in for boxes and ended up purchasing an LG dryer! The help I received was great, I wish I could remember her name. Even when I had made a mistake and they had to re-ring it I didn't witness any adverse body language, nothing but smiles!! Thanks for a wonderful buying experience!

The cashier Doreene that helped me was very friendly and knew exactly what aisle I need to go to find my product. When she was checking me out she very interested in how I was doing and what project I would be doing. I really like how she made feel like I was her only concern. I will be coming back to this store for the great customer service that I have received!

We have visited this store several times lately. Sometimes, we get several offers of help during our visit. On this particular visit, there were no offers of help. When we got to the checkout counter, I asked to use a coupon that Home Depot had emailed me. I do not currently have a printer so it was on my phone. She said no, it must be a paper coupon. The way she spoke was abrupt and not apologetic in the least. It was her tone. We had a few small items sitting on top of large boxed item. She rang them up, we paid, and she left the items sitting on the box for us to take out in that manner. No offer of a bag. She was busy drinking her soda, finished with us. I asked for a bag to put the items in and she complied. I left Home Depot, determined to go to Lowes next time. To me, it doesn't matter as much about the merchandise as it does good customer service and I have found that Home Depot is hit or miss. There are some excellent associates and then you have the other kind. I hesitated before putting recommend this store but one bad experience should not negate the positive experiences.

He explained different details and qualities of several that fit my needs, and was able to show me a perfect one for my height and ease of use. I purchased three needed appliances and was very happy the way he broke it down and explaining the final amount to my satisfaction. Time well spent shopping.
