This store is always easy in and easy out. Good stock of products and great people working there.

Great products, but poor customer service. The last time I purchased stuff for a bathroom remodel, not one person offered to help with loading up my truck. Not once have I ever been offered help with loading large items. On this same trip, I saw someone struggling and helped him because no one in customer service had. They definitely need to improve on their customer service!!!

Awesome customer service help me get everything I needed to complete my project things that I did not think about!

The cashier's are fast, friendly, and respectful. Would definitely shop here again. Thank you guys for making all my visits so fun.

With every visit every employee strives to assist me with both product and to answer any questions. I have limited knowledge of some areas yet when I leave I've learned a little more

I was disappointed of the service I got it with lousy I already Frigidaire and was ice maker in it she forgot to put the ice maker on the paperwork that we told her five time we want to ice maker in the refrigerator when we got it delivered to us no ice machine though I talked to her and she said she forgot the put it on the she or me a ice machine but she told me it would be in tow but it took over a week night do not got it yet

Employees throughout the store from the Pro Desk, Customer Service, cashiers and on the floor are consistently friendly, courteous and helpful. We have been involved in an extensive remodeling for several months and the West Richland Home Depot is our go-to source of materials, fixtures and appliances, in large measure because the employees have such an excellent customer service ethic.

The self-checkout clerk was very helpful by double checking the price of a router bit. It had rung up correctly, but I had mistakenly looked at the shelf price tag for a different bit (next item on shelf). He was patient and kept my register open while I re-checked prices on shelf and found my error. However, I need to return this item today, because it had a bearing that is larger than the bit and won't work for the application. HD is always good about returns.

Very happy with Claudia's assistance. She was very thorough in checking out our purchase and found a problem with the mechanics and immediately did an exchange. It saved us from having to take a long trip back to exchange it.

Helpfulll staff

I'm still trying to learn this store since moving to a new house. It has a different floor plan from my previous store, but the employees are helpful in getting me to the correct location. The store is generally clean and well stocked and located near many other major stores and restaurants so you can get a lot of tasks done in one trip. The staff is friendly and provide good conversations and helpful tips, as well as seem to be experienced and knowledgeable in their section.

I use the Home Depot about once every couple of weeks. It is my go store for all my home and maintenance needs. I like how conveniently located it is and the people there are always so knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you find everything needed. There is always ample parking and the aisles are huge so I never get hemmed in. I also get many of my gardening tools and machinery there as well. I can't say enough about this store.

This Home Depot is always THE place to go whether my project is big or small. The employees are ALWAYS so very helpful and willing to take their time to answer questions (even from me when I have no idea what I am doing!) I always feel valued at Home Depot and besides the fact that you always have everything I need, your employees is what makes the difference for me. You ALL are wonderful, helpful, thoughtful and so full of knowledge! THANKS!

Great customer service. Very helpful. Very patient when I try to explain that I need a "thing a bob" for this "thingy." And to me, that says alot.

The store is always clean, neat and orderly. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. I have been fortunate to have been helped by "Pat" in the hardware department on several occasions. He has the practical experience and knowledge to have solved my problem every time. Pat is a great asset to this store. That is not to say that the whole staff isn't just as helpful. It is just that Pat helped me out today.

This is becoming my new "home" Home Depot. I have moved and this is within 2 miles of my new house. I have shopped here a few times and need to learn the layout - opposite of my old Home Depot.

There never seems to be more the one person in the whole paint area of the store. That one person is often overwhelmed. Otherwise I find all the staff to be very upbeat and usually fairly informative and helpful. We are probably at homedepot about twice a week at least, so it's nice to find consistency in the staffing. I love the floor guy! He's so helpful!

They know their store and can get you most anything you need for your home project

Jennifer and Sally are my heros! I have been struggling with a project that I had not intended on taking so long. I had a Contractor Steal money from the homeless man we were trying to help and he took half of our budget. These ladies have helped me so much in finding the best deals and trying to get the job completed. I truly appreciate all they have done for me. I have been in the store at least 20 times and all the staff has been amazing in getting me in and out with the right items. Thank you so much!

Home Depot is THE place to go ... the staff is so knowledgeable and so helpful when I need to find something. With the store so big, I am always amazed that they know where everything is! Thanks Home Depot!!! And I love to shop your garden area and find great deals on plants that you have put on the Plant Discard Cart.... they always do well when I bring them home and they are a great deal! I do buy some of your regularly priced plants also and they always are great too!

The cashier was very nice and helpful, she had a question and called her supervisor. It took supervisor Leilonie what seemed 10 minutes to show up. She appeared to be upset with being pulled away from what she was doing and was short with the cashier. Most of the people at Home Depot is very friendly and helpful.

This store is full of friendly associates willing to help you find what you need. I enjoy shopping here.

I got what I needed and knew what I was looking for but only had one question that I didn't want to hunt down a employee for. Much better then the store in Kennewick tho, by far.

I have always enjoyed going into this store. its clean the people who work there try and help you. there are at times to who need help and not enough of them. if you wait a few minutes they will help you. I have never had a problem finding what I needed.
