Great staff in answering questions and giving explanations

Its a pretty good store.

I'm in the middle of my second home remodel for my new residence in Richland. My last home remodel was on the westside and I completed the entire thing working with Home Depot. Naturally, as I began this one, I went directly to Home Depot and got off to a great start. I go nowhere else.

I probably go to Home Depot 2 3 x s a week

After years of shopping at Lowe's, I did a massive remodel of my home in Tacoma a few years ago. In the process of doing this, I began to check out Home Depot to comparison shop and I have never been back to Lowe's. Home Depot beats them on every item and every service. I now am in Tri-cites remodeling my new home and I am at home with Home Depot!

The product I was looking for was easy to find. I received cutting assistance quickly and experienced. The store was clean and neat and all the employees were friendly and helpful.

Jenni and Sally are excellent to work with and are genuinely pleasant.

I can't speak for all departments - but as for PAINT - I would definitely come back! The ladies in this department were very helpful and made the experience so much easier for me. I will now drive the extra 10 miles to this store rather than go to any other store for my painting needs.

Extremely helpful with the retrieval of items off the shelf. Originally the aisle I needed to use was closed due to inventory movement, but the sales associate took the time to ensure that it was opened back up as quickly as possible. Great service.MicrowaveKing

Joe in paint was AMAZING and very helpful! He matched a color for me that the folks at two other stores literally could not get any matching system to work on. He was friendly, patient, showed me where the other products I needed could be found, and knew exactly what I needed to finish what I was working on.

Today I needed to replace old incandescent bulbs ,8 to be exact, for both bathrooms.I replaced them with LED's and needed assistance from a store customer rep.Seth, the rep, was extremely helpful,professional,and friendly to me,which made my experience today another wonderful time at my Home Depot Store .I recommend this particular store for getting any necessary supplies,products or whatever you need for your home projects . It's a wonderful experience to shop there .

When we needed to purchase flooring for 2 different projects, Alan and Thomas were very knowledgeable and helpful and took time to make sure that we had everything we needed to get the job done right without repeat visits to the store. We greatly appreciated their time, efforts, and friendliness. It is getting to be a rare occurrence to get this much time and attention from a customer service representative but the Richland Home Depot seems to have excellent staff! Will definitely shop there again.

I appreciate that the store is more oriented toward building materials rather than home improvement items.

This is our go to hardware, landscaping, general home improvement and repair store. The store associates have always been friendly, helpful and courteous. We have been fortunate to have a good experience here 9.5 times out of 10.

Of all the stores I went last weekend, this was the only that had ice melt. Really nice staff.

Clean store with great friendly help

We walked in the store with a long list of items to purchase for our new home. We couldn't find an employee to help us. We did a lot of wandering and looking without success. Finally, we snagged the lady in carpeting and she led us to where one item SHOULD have been, and then took us to the customer service desk to order it. The lady at customer service worked at a glacial pace, and wasn't very friendly. More wandering, and we finally gave up. The Spokane, WA store is where we had shopped for years before our move. When we walked in that store, an employee immediately would attach himself to us and take us to each area of the store in turn, until our list was completed. That's personal service. This store in Richland should follow the example of the Spokane store.

I go here probably 1-2 times a week. Always satisfied and love visiting with the employees.

I was treated in a very dismissive way by the paint department manager when i was trying to have a complaint addressed. I will NEVER buy paint from home depot again! I'm a professional painter and depend on a paint store to back up the products they sell. Home depot does not do that, in fact they treat you like your the problem!

Had a great experience buying a freezer from Kristina Stubbs. She was helpful and outgoing and handled the process professionally even during a busy day

THERE WAS PLENTY OF STORE HELP RIGHT WHEN YOU WALKED IN AND ALWAYS HAD ONE OF THEM TO HELP US FIND WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR AND ALSO HELPED US BY CUTTING SOME TRIM WE HAD GOTTEN WHICH WAS 16 FEET LONG IN HALF WITH A HAND SAW BECAUSE IT WAS PLASTIC SO IT WOULD BE EASIER OF US TO HAUL HOME. WE GOT IN A LINE TO CHECK OUT AND RIGHT AWAY ANOTHER CLERK OPENED ANOTHER REGISTER TO HELP US GET CHECKED OUT. WE WERE IN AND OUT IN HALF THE TIME WE THOUGHT IT WOULD TAKE US!! VERY PLEASED!! WE HAD LOTS OF OTHER SHOPPING TO DO SO GOT DONE ALOT SOONER

For the most part employees are helpful and polite- but one employee consistently goes out of her way to provide exceptional customer service. Angie, in millwork, is knowledgeable, always pleasant and if she cannot give you the help you need, she finds someone who can. She remembers returning customers which always makes shopping more pleasant. Look up Angie- she has a great smile!

I'm so glad my local store is dog friendly. Makes for a nice four mile round trip walk!
