I have been shopping at this store for years. They are very service oriented and helpful. I like the fact that they carry a variety of new products that come out for home owners to choose from. The garden center is really awesome. I bought two large fountains, landscaping light, bricks, pond equipment etc...and have been very pleased with their quality. I gave them a 4 out of 5 because they had a limited style and size of screen doors to choose from the last time I was there, but offered to order whatever I needed. I just couldn't wait. I needed it that day. Of course, the store carries many items so they can't stock everything or they would need to expand in size.

On 09/15/2016 I purchased a riding lawn mower from Home Depot. I did not know exactly what size to get for my 1/3 acre, but after talking to Casey I decided on the Club Cadet 42". I could not be more pleased with his suggestion, it replaced my old 46" craftsman and the cadet does a much better job in less amount of time. This purchase included 3 Home Depot employee's that helped me by getting discounts, advice on my purchase and making me feel comfortable with my purchase. Thanks to Casey, Carey and Lei Lani, I'll defiantly continue shopping at Home Depot.

We are remodeling our kitchen and have had to make numerous trips to the store. Every visit was met with friendly and helpful associates. Pedro in lumber and Genesis were extremely helpful.

Today's visit at Richland home depot was great. Travis in hardware and chayse at checkout gave me a reason to get online and take the time to write a review. You guys were awesome.

The online pick-up is located up front. The items ordered will be waiting in the cart. All one needs to do is provide the code number in the form of a text message on your cell phone. In and out in just minutes. I paid just 2 bucks a bag for brown mulch. Cheers!

The Home Depot stores are laid out pretty well. Their parking lots are easy to find a parking for even bigger trucks such as 3/4 and 1 ton sizes, with or without a trailer. Great store for those needing building and home improvement materials

I have recently moved here from Louisiana 3 years ago and I now live 7 minutes from this store. With the convienence of being so close to where I live and the customer service this store gives to me ..I would recommend this Home Depot store to everyone .The employees are friendly ..knowledgeable ..and helpful to everyone who goes into that store ..It is truly my very own Home Depot store ..

I frequent this store and know the layout. It's nice to go into a store where there are several staff members who recognize me.

Phenomenal service in every department I visited this week! I spent more than 5 hours there shopping for a very fast entire home remodel we are doing in the next 2 months. I literally visited every department and I don't know if it was just one of those weeks or if all the employees are always that friendly but I left HD one very happy lady. Thanks everybody!!!

After we had all of our items it was almost closing time. The cashier we had was still just as friendly as if she had just started her shift not just ending it. She commented on the items and was very cheerful and pleasant talking with my wife. She still rang everything quickly too.

Thank you so much for the quality, knowledgable and friendly employees you hire. I have never had an employee not be helpful or wear a smile. Love going to Home Depot, so many helpful tools and ideas for home improvements.

The store was clean and all the employees were kind and helpful, every item was clearly marked and easy to reach. I will shop there again.

Typical HomeDepot, friendly and helpful staff, if they don't know the answer they find someone who does. Only had one occasion where the item I needed was out of stock but it was stocked quickly there after.

The store was well stocked with items I needed. Much better operation here than the store in Seattle. That store was poorly stocked for what I needed. So bad, I went to Lowes. But not a problem at Richland store. Always well filled.

The pluming department has knowledgeable clerks. The cashiers are there if you need assistance.

Over all great store. Shopped here for 10+ years. Some weeks I am in the store 3+ times a week.

Nicely laid out store with competitive pricing on its products. They carry a variety of items for home, garden, electrical, plumbing, etc.

Needed an item, spent 5 min looking and the first person I asked knew exactly where it was.

The staff was knowledgeable, confident & friendly. Their expertise in HD's (carpet) products eased my stress level so I could make an informed decision.
