Tina, the associate at the customer service desk, was great at navigating the issues I was having with my internet order and store pick-up. She was able to reconcile the discrepancies with my internet order for 9 shop lights, Home Depot.com's response that only 8 were available, and my actual purchase of 10 after more were found in the store. Thank you Tina for your help.

Needed help finding a couple items! Employees were very knowledgeable and knew exactly where items were located throughout the store. Made my visit in and out !!

The store is huge and a big selection of the product but sometimes the costumer service don't know what they recommending.

The outside garden was very neat and the check out person was fast and professional

Bill and Elizabeth in the MET department were extremely helpful. We wanted an 8x12 area rug that was buried under a pile of other rugs. They went above and beyond to get the rug for us and to make sure that it wasn't damaged or stained. There was a crease in the rug and Bill gave us a $10 discount.

The sales associate/cashier, Ali, was very personable and helped me with everything. He also helped to brighten the day of an elderly woman. He is a really a kind person. Nice to see. My attire was business and I didn't want my white shirt ruined by Potting Soil. Ali put it on the truck for me and suggested I bring my car around. He loaded it as well into the trunk. He was also very helpful to all of the customers around and seemed very sincere in wanting them to have "a great day."

There seemed to be a lot of activity in the store at the time we were there and every associate looked busy but they still took the time to direct us in finding what we were looking for. I spoke to several associates because many asked me if they could help me. I even had one woman that wasn't an employee helping me. Laura in the custom kitchen department couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. A young man in the carpet and tile department was so sweet and helpful answering my questions. And I was very impressed with Pamela at the checkout, because she was actually standing out in front of her aisle looking for someone to wait on, rather that standing behind her counter where we might have walked right passed her. She waved us over to her. I liked that.

Needed to pick up various supplies for a DIY project. The associates were very helpful and asked about the project and made recommendations. My only slight was that the lumber department seemed devoid of associates. Otherwise, a great experience and will definitely be making return trips for future projects.

This is a good store to have in my hometown. I always find what I want. I do wish they would have trees and stuff outside in the parking lot, like they used to some years back. But, even with that, I enjoy coming here. Thanks HD !

I went to the Garden Department in search of some flowers for my front porch. I purchase some beautiful flowers, and the associate was very helpful in explaining how to care for them so they bloom throughout the summer and into fall. Thank you!

The associates at the West Springfield store were very helpful! I am a middle-aged woman who needed to purchase several large items. Two associates helped me with loading my carts, getting to the check stand, and then load the rented truck. They were very friendly and helpful!

I just bought my first home and my girlfriend and I want to change things and put our personal touch on each room. We decided to start with the bathroom. While looking at cleaning materials, Rob came over and asked if we needed help. We started discussing the various options and it eventually turned into him helping us revamp the whole bathroom! He couldn't have been more knowledgeable or helpful! All with a smile on his face. He seriously needs to be recognized and commended on that. I honestly can't remember the last time I received such attentive and outstanding service. He seemed as excited as we were about making renovations! Terrific guy! Also, we needed to change the locks on our doors and Gerry was there to assist us as well. I didn't know where to start or what brands were any good. She told us a bit about each brand, the pros and cons, and helped us pick the best product for us. She was very knowledgeable and bright! It was a pleasure talking with her. You always hear the negative and complaining people. Harassing and at times belittling. Truthfully, it can be very hard to work with people, especially when it's busy and you're just one person pulled in twenty directions due to high demand. I really want Rob and Gerry to be rewarded for their service. They went above and beyond!

I get a personal shopper every time I go! Love that everyone wants to help. Makes owning a home solo easier!

I need a replacement handset for an 11 year old door purchased at Home Depot. Using the serial number, it was ordered. I look forward to the correct doorset.

Great associates, friendly employees and very knowledgeable

The items I were looking for were window boxes and hanging brackets. I finally found the window brackets, in a place I had not expected to find them. So I went back for more to make the landscaping look good for my client. This was that trip were I found what I needed, sort of. easily.

I was near this store, and I always come to this store, not too often, but when I need something, always clean and full of stock

Tom in garden and abdullah and pete in tool rental were very helpful and extremely nice ill reccomend this store to everyone love this home depot dont get service like i anywhere else.

My cashier today "Donna" was quite rude. I had waited my turn in line and after the customer in front of me finished their transaction I stepped up, instead the cashier scolded me and asked a man who had been waiting in a different register line to step up. She proceeded to chastise me and explain that apparently at Home Depot it doesn't matter which register line you wait in. When she finished with that customer I once again attempted to step forward , this time she starts talking to the man who was waiting behind me saying she could help him now and that she'd even give him a discount because he had to wait. He didn't even have to wait, he had just shown up at the register. Her behavior was completely asinine, as she rang up my whopping two items she continued to rudely explain that I was wrong in assuming I should be next and belittle me in front of other customers... where I come from you wait in line for your turn, which is what I did. After my transaction was complete I went straight to the returns desk and gave it all back. I won't be shopping here ever again. It is not the fact that I had to wait in line longer ( I would have gladly let that man go myself as I had no where to be) that angers me, it's the pure fact that the cashier felt the need to belittle me in front of other customers and go so far as to offer the others discounts on their purchases when I had waited my turn in line just like everyone else.

We found the associate in the paint department to be very knowledgeable and helpful. We were looking into to purchasing a deck stain to resurface our pool and porch deck. We knew a little bit about the product but not enough to make an informed decision. We ended up spending a little more to get a better quality product than what we initially were going to purchase. We love our new deck stain and would definitely take the advice form your knowledgeable sales associate again. We recommend the Rust-Oleum restore to resurface your deck.

The help in the store was excellent, Darlene and Tom were so knowledgable and so helpful. They answered all my questions. They gave me excellent information. I was seeking a grill for a charitable house in Springfield. When I came to purchase the grill and the accessories, Tom was excellent in helping me to set up a pickup date. I could not have have been so grateful and satisfied. Thank you so very much Home Depot. I truly thank you so very very much. What was accomplished at Home Depot was fabulous. Oh alos in setting up pick up, Christine was also excellent!!

The associates in the Garden Department including Customer Service were so knowledgeable, helpful and fun to do business with that I will absolutely make this my first choice for gardening needs.

Of course I did my homework the best I could. The associate was well up on the product that I want and the difference in all the ways I didn't understand. The power tools department was like a playground.

Store good very easy to find something, not too expensive.
