Store was well organized including the professional staff!

Although one of the items I wanted was not available, the clerks bent over backward to help me.

store was busy but very clean. I was happy with my purchase even tho I didn't get what I wanted I was happy with my second choice. The only complaint I may have is when they say that what your looking for is in stock and when you get to the store the associates gadget also says its in stock but come to find out it isn't, so know you have to start all over with a different choice. OTHER THAN THAT I WENT HOME WITH A GOOD PRODUCT

I've been shopping this Home Depot for years now. But I have to say, in the last year I have been very impressed with the way everything looks there. Seems brighter and more well organized somehow. Anyway...would recommend this store to anyone who needs professional level help.

The store was clean. The store had everything I needed. The store was stocked very well. The associates were helpful and courteous. The store hours are very good.

If you need items for home remodeling or doing what every job your involved with and need help finding something or information on HOW TO do something, then THIS HOME DEPOT is for YOU! Not only was the store clean, the associates are VERY friendly, helpful, AND Knowledgeable ! THese guys and glas can help YOU with ANYTHING! On this trip I was looking for ( and I looked online first,thought they had my product but..) Patch Perfect and i couldn't find it. And associate walked right up to me within a minute and asked if she could help me, I told her what I was looking for and thought I saw they carried it online, but I was mistaken and saw SCOTT"S PATCH MASTER. So I picked that up and so far so good :) I'm day 3 on this project and need a lot lol need one more bag which will make 4 bags @347 sq.ft each! Yeah it's a big area but she was very helpful! And checking out was a snap! There were line's because everyone must have had the same idea this day, to get some work done but I used the self checkout and it was easy and fast! I was in and out of there within 10 minutes! I am SO PLEASED with everyone in this HOME DEPOT and how they handled everything this day! So if you live in or around West Springfield,Ma and want a VERY GOOD HOME DEPOT, come on over the the West Springfield one! They ARE THE BEST and will get you what you want and in & out of there QUICK! EVEN if they are overly busy! THANK YOU WEST SPRINGFIELD HOME DEPOT for all the help and friendly service!! FIVE STAR SERVICE!

My fiance and I just bought a house, so Home Depot has become our 2nd home.. considering we can get just about anything we need from there. Well, we had to pick up a few small things, so we went to the home depot in Wspfld just to kill some time. Although we were simply browsing, we had multiple associates ask us if we needed any help. Every associate we asked a question to, knew exactly what we were talking about and pointed us in the right direction... despite saying things like '..you know.. that pink glue stuff..it turns white, right?'. Yup.. they knew what that was too. Continuing on; a gentleman came up to us while we were looking at those special energy saving lights, and he gave us a ton of suggestions on coloring, Watt-usage, money savings, etc. From what I can remember, his name was Matt and he was (I believe) a supervisor. Regardless of me asking a ton of random questions that had nothing to do with construction or lighting (like where the hand soap was..) he was still very helpful and very funny! We ended up spending more time at home depot than expected because we kept talking to all the associates! haha To end; it was a great experience. We have a great experience every time we go to home depot. I don't know the first thing about fixing, building or creating things.. but the associates make it that much easier. Home Depot is my place to go!

I went to the West Springfield store with a list of items to purchase including sheets of plywood and 2x4s. A nice gentleman helped me to load the larger items to my cart. Next another helpful associate helped me find the other items I needed. She looked them up on the computer to find out exactly where they were in the store and off we went to find them. When I checked out, the cashier called for someone to help me load them into the truck. All of the items I needed were in stock and the assistance from the associates made my shopping trip much easier. Thank you.

I was greeted at the door and asked if I needed help. I asked for directions to hardware. I found exactly what I was looking for and more. Great place to shop.

Every time I go to the West Springfield Ma/ Westfield Ma store it is clean and always greeted with a hello and welcome. Always has new items that seem to find there way into my cart.

Easy to find product and staff very helpful and friendly to help you with whatever you need.

The store was very well organized and help was everywhere. I have had many experiences with Home Depot whether purchasing materials or home improvements. All services were delivered in timely manners and with very professional manners. I will definately continue to do business with Home Depot in the future.

The sales associate was knowledgeable and professional. He made me confident in his ability to solve my problem and he gave me the impression that he did this all the time for all his customers. He told me he was leaving Home Depot for another endeavor and I believe this will be a loss that Home Depot future customers will feel.

I was in a hurry, and only had 30 minutes to shop for a mini air conditioner. I just knew Home Depot would carry it, and at fair prices. I think I spent a maximum of 15 minutes from parking to departure!

I found all the red oak planks I needed, but a couple planks I saw were splitting or had minor rot in them. Overall though, good quality

The associates were very friendly and helpful, asking questions about my needs so they could make sure that I got exactly what I needed to complete my project.

When looking for products in the Lawn & Garden Dept. Ali the cashier went the extra mile to help me find what I needed, loaded it into my cart and later into my car. Having people like this at your store will make me come back again. The help was much appreciated. Only wish he was here at home to help me unload my purchase.

The lady in the Appliance area was great! I didn't catch her name but her Associate number is KST4652. She was very helpful and was the only one in Appliances. She gave her honest opinion on the ranges my husband and I were looking at. The transaction was quick and painless. She gave scheduled our delivery and everything. At check out, Pam was so friendly and funny. We definitely will shop at Home Depot again!

I'm thankful that you don't mover inventory around too much. People get used to finding items and then they go in and they have been moved

The store was fine. It is the delivery that I am not happy with. 31 bags out of 70 were ripped or torn and needed taping. 1/3 of the pallet of soil was frozen. Obviously this was left over from last year. The ten bags of sand paver were thrown on top and all of those bags were split. I spent more time taping the bags then unloading the pallet.

I made an oline purchase and found my saleswoman very patience and helpful and efficient
