Love my West Springfield Home Depot. The store is a lot of fun to shop. The kids workshop is a family favorite. I’ve learned who the experts are in the different departments and know just who to go to when I need help. This store rocks!

This is a great store with a great staff. One young man we will be looking for on our next visit is a guy by the name of Freddie. If you were like us....knowing you needed something but not exactly sure what...he is the go-to guy. Just explain your problem and what you're trying to accomplish and this guy can give you some great ideas.

I shop the West Springfield store always and I am never disappointed! The staff is very knowledgeable the Management always approachable. The store has tons of product and I am always confident I received the best service and product when I leave.

Everytime I come in, im greeted, helped if needed, and have an overall great experience. The store does an excellent job stocking correctly. I have not found an item where it shouldn't be. This is great because i can use the home depot app and find what i need.

I love shopping in the West Springfield Home Depot the staff there are very knowledgeable and friendly. No is not an option !!! The store is clean and stocked with tons of product. Always a pleasant shopping experience !

I don't usually rave about home improvement stores but this is an exception. We stopped in Friday night to look for some tile for a bathroom renovation. We were tired but need to get the project started. It's often hard to find attentive staff in these stores but on this night we found just that. We asked Mayia who was working in the aisle for some assistance and she was incredibly helpful and attentive for the entire time we were there, working with us to find just the right tile and accessories / tools for our project and guiding us throughout. Her customer service focus was OUTSTANDING!!!

I had a wonderful experience on Friday at the West Springfield Home Depot. I brought back an item previously purchased and needed to get the correct product. Chloe, greeted me at the Customer Service Desk, heard my problem and accompanied me to the paint department. She waited with me until I was satisfied with the information that I was given, and then brought me personally to the check out. It was like having my own personal shopper at Home Depot! I do not know how long she has worked for Home Depot but she was professional, attentive, and even helped me carry my stuff back to the car. Home Depot, West Springfield is fortunate to have such a great employee.

I am an 89 year old widow who does NOT do any work around her 10 room house BUT there is always work to be done and so I hire crafts people BUT I like to pick out what I need, i.e. towel bars, kitchen fixtures, garden shrubs and flowers, paint color etc. etc. I appreciate reasonable prices, courteous clerks and help loading some heavy things in my car. I always get help when I need it and I like that the store is clean, aisles are clear and wide and I always find what I am looking for with sufficient choices. I am a happy HOME DEPOT shopper.

My visit on the June 1 was very impressive. I was able to find everything I needed with the help of a few amazing workers. I also was able to use my military discount with no problems. We will definitely make this our preferred Home Depot location.

Enjoyed shopping today, friendly employees that were willing to help in each area of the store. Found everything I needed and MORE!

I'd recommend the store in that the location is convenient, right next to Costco, otherwise, its nothing special. Like most Home Depot stores, 10 employees will walk by and ignore you before 1 may ask if you need assistance. One note on this store specifically, that I don't encounter at other Home Depots, is that their phones seem to be perpetually on the night bell as it constantly rings out over the intercom, at least once every 5 minutes, from a customer perspective this is really annoying and distracting. One thing this store has though that other's don't is an employee by the name of Rafael, cashier ID RES2X6. Rafael set me up with a will-call for a patio set that I couldn't take with me at the time because I am closing on my house in a couple of weeks. I didn't want to take it with me just to have to move it from my apartment to my house in 2 weeks. The store was busy but Rafael had the transaction completed for me in under 5 minutes, he answered all my questions, gave me some great advice and made me feel like a valued customer. He did this all while multitasking, fielding questions from other employees and a quick phone call. Its difficult to multitask while still making your customer feel like they are a priority, but he did just that! Treat this guy right because I guarantee customers will come to your location over others to be assisted by him, he was outstanding, and I am not easily impressed!

The store employee actually walked me to the item I was searching for and helped me choose the best fit for me! Thank you! Definitely will be back to this location.
