HD's recent spring "Black Friday" sale was awesome! I saved a ton of money - and still got great flowers for my new garden. The choices in perennials and annuals were off the charts - first time I've ever been able to get foxgloves and pastel begonias at a Home Depot!! And they're just as beautiful and healthy as high-end nurseries...Keep up the good work, Home Depot!

Needed a new blackout shade (kitchen faces west and gets super hot in the summer) and a washable rug for under my easel to save my hardwood floors. The Home Depot had the shade, cut it to fit (perfectly, of course) and I was able to order the rug and pad in a matter of minutes. Staff is terrific!

I live on the east side of Stockton and will drive across town to the Home Depot on the west side. The service is SO much better. The sales people are helpful and polite unlike the other east side store.

A WHILE BACK I PURCHASED A PUSH LAWN MOWER. I ASKED FOR SOMEONE TO HELP ME OUT WITH IT DUE THE THE FACT I HAVE A BAD KNEE. LONG STORY SHORT, I WAS IGNORED AND WAITED 15 MINUTES FOR HELP WHICH NEVER CAME. I GRABBED MY PURCHASE AND WALKED OUT. THE SUPERVISOR IGNORED MY REQUEST. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AT HOME DEPOT.

I just bought carpeting for my home. The Stockton saleswoman in that department worked with me to find an affordable option for me. Being 90 years old, I am always afraid of being taken advantage of. Here I was treated fairly and with respect. I recommend this location for all.

She was the best in offering a lot of knowledge in appliances. The best price for our washer & dryer were found with her assistance at Home Depot on Feather River Drive.

Youngman that help me today shared his knowledge on what would be the right item for my particular need and it fit perfectly! I appreciate it. 👍

Purchased a refrigerator and washer and dryer for our new house. Tereasa was exceptionally knowledgeable and help us make the best purchase decisions for us.

Equipment did not appear to be inspected before being issued. Part broke and oil missing. Customer service at store was extremely challenging to get through to. Cost me extra time and money for what should have been a simple rental.

Home Depot had entered into a kitchen countertop upgrade. The cost, materials and completion by date was agreed upon and paid for! Now they are saying they cant confirm that date because they want a template for the sink. Their measurements already know the sink that will fit!. Th called again today, saying the completion date was in jeopardy because of the sink template. The lady that called said she would send an Email with her phone extension. So, we could reach her directly. That email was never sent! we bought a sink today and have the schematics and a template #. We called and could not get thru to anyone at 1:30 pm PST, to let them know we now have the sink, Model #, Template # and date of delivery, as well as Kohler is 2 day FedExing us the actual template. Had to leave a message, never got received a call or email back, which was reasonably expected with the time of our message being left!. Not totally ready to pull the plug yet, but soon! Do what you say, Be available during the hours you set, and stop being dishonest!

I simply wanted to commend, again, the manager (Mario Gonzales). His continued personal attention and professional leadership encourages me to drive from Sacramento to Stockton. I can not say enough about how this young man represents the Home Depot brand. Mario has helped several years in addressing the needs of the elderly and continues to donate his time and efforts to make our outing successful. The Home Depot, Human Resources Department, truly got this one correct with this hire. Keep up the good work and I look forward to seeing and continuing to work with you! Again..., Thank You! Home Depot was awesome. I ordered the Millard Tuscany 8 foot sliding Door Sam in windows and door was great had it delivered they help me get it to the back of the house The job is done t the window is so nice love it !!!

Your associates (PLURAL) walked by me and few customers and did not greet or ask us if we needed help in any form or fashion. This is why customers cherish the competition and most of all the MOM AND POP STORES. The respect of the CUSTOMER is always the most important part of business.

I bought this received it boxes are damaged so can’t say anything on product yet. Hope it’s Not damaged like the boxes.

I’ve shopped at this Home Depot for many years. There are a few employees that stand out and should be acknowledged for their service. Tracy and Marsha in the Garden Department and Mary in Hardware. These ladies are hard working and very knowledgeable.

Were waiting for a while and a few employees came and went back looking for help. All of a sudden, Willie walked by us and asked if we need help. He went and got a lift and got us all the cabinets we needed.

Was greatly helped by Roxanne and appreciated her professionalism and spirit.
