We visited the Feather River Drive store this morning in search of an artificial Christmas tree that we looked at online. Marleen offered assistance immediately and answered all of our questions about the product. When my wife and I discussed white lights vs. colored lights, Marlene suggested some colored lights in addition to the tree that had white lights. Great add-on selling with no pressure. Marleen asked if we needed assistance with anything else. We asked Marleen about water filtration systems and she walked us to the area where those products are located. While on the way, another customer asked Marleen for assistance. She smiled and assured the customer that she would be back to assist them as soon as she was done assisting us. At no time did Marleen try to hurry us along so she could get to the waiting customer. I have been in sales and customer service for over thirty years. Our experience with Home Depot and Marleen reflects good training, strong employee selection, and a work environment where employees reflect to your customers that Home Depot is Good place to work.

The products are easy to find. Customer service are very nice.

Worst customer service at this store- from 815-9pm (closing) getting help is impossible unless you consider being repeatedly told by the overhead speakers that they will be closing in 45, 40, 35, 30, 25, 20, 15, 10, 5 more minutes and you pretty much better hurry up, help. Remember, they'll be open at 6am tomorrow? Because that's exactly what you're thinking after no one is around to help you and any visible associate walking by is clearly "busy" enough to keep walking but not "too busy" to bark out, "sir, we'll be closing in just a minute!!" RIGGGHT.

Went to buy a new washer and was helped right away by an associate. They helped me compare both prices and different products, even pulled up reviews online for me to look at. Very easy buying the washer, getting all the hoses that go with it, and also getting a warranty. Setting up delivery time was very simple as well, didn't have to wait but a few days and the delivery came on time. They set up everything for me!

The store cashier asked me if I needed help out and I said no. I thought I would have to wait too long for him. I wish I would have waited because the pellets were very heavy.

A store associate was immediately available to load pellet bags into my vehicle.

Always find what am looking for hope there is more personal help next time thanks to so many items hard to choose for the right product

My husband and I have recently remodeled a home in Stockton for our personal use. I have shopped at 3 Home Depots during this process....and each store (Fresno, Stockton and Manteca) have been enormously helpful. They have made returns very simple, and the accommodating store personnel have made this very stressful experience less so. I am very impressed with the efficiency of these operations, and I am certain that I'll continue to enjoy shopping at Home Depot.

Purchased product to improve the look of kitchen cabinets. It was easy to apply and worked well.

I went to Home Depot to buy a security screen door. Mary was very helpful. She arranged to have my door measured and installed. She also suggested getting a security door seal kit and helped me choose doorknobs. She listened to me rant about the choice of colors. Black, white and Navajo white( which is beige). I lived on an Indian Reservation for almost 20 years. I consider the term Navajo white to be disrespectful.

THE MOSAIC BACK SPLASH TILE IS AWESOME. I AM ABLE TO UPGRADE MY UNITS AT A REASONABLE COST. LOVE IT... IN ADDITION... ALICE IS AN AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. SHE GOES ABOVE AN BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. SHE UNDERSTANDS MY LINE OF WORK AND IS ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP. MOST IMPORTANTLY, SHE HAS GOTTEN TO KNOW ME AS A PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER AND IS ABLE TO IDENTIFY WHEN I AM FELLING FRUSTRATED AND LOST AS IF I AM IN WONDERLAND. SHE QUICKLY ADDRESSES MY ISSUES AND ASSISTS ME WITH GETTING OUT OF THE STORE IN A TIMELY MANNER; ESPECIALLY WHEN I HAVE LARGE PURCHASES.

I was disheartened when the item I wanted to purchase was not available. The associate said that there were plenty in stock but could not locate them. He gave me the next size at the same price which really impressed me. In the garden area, Xxxxxxx Xxxx continues to impress me with her overall knowledge and assistance.

I had a great and wonderful experience with Mr. Daniel in the Kitchen section of the store. We talked in detail about my designs. From online graphic to setting up finance. Daniel that you for everything. I enjoyed talking to you.

There were a large number of sprinklers to choose from, however, I was looking for a higher professional grade of rotor sprinklers. particularly the rain bird rotor 5000 series. I did not find any 5000 series but I did find some rotor series. I would like to see the store carry a few. Therefore I can do one-stop shopping

Being an avid home improvement junkie, Home Depot is my favorite "go to" place. Everything I needed, (and some things I didn't ;D ) was at my fingertips, as usual! The helpfulness of Greg, the associate in Flooring was over the top amazing!! He was a genius when it came to asking all the questions and offering better examples of how to "make it happen the right way" than I could have ever thought of! So patient, understanding and willing to listen to my off the wall ideas, a GREAT employee!!!! The store was clean, bright, welcoming, upbeat music playing that kept me wandering the isles looking for more! With Greg's help, this project is going to be over the top amazing!!!

I came in the store with my mother looking for some items for a Halloween project we are putting together. We of course immediately got lost in all the amazing Halloween decorations in the store. We were rescued by an employee named Christopher who happened to come by and help us. He showed us where everything we needed was in the store and we also found some unexpected goodies that we didn't even know we needed. I believed he works in the flooring dept. but that didn't stop him from walking us over to plumbing and showing us what we needed. I appreciate his knowledge and friendliness soo much. We will be back and are forever loyal to Home Depot!!

The paint department staff are very knowledgeable and fast. I expected to wait a long time to have my paint mixed but it was done quickly and correctly - perfect match! Staff was also friendly and courteous.

I worked as a Store Manager in retail for 25 years. I have never seen a store like this that is not worried about customer service. I entered the store and asked this lady employee who was leaning against a wall where the restroom is. She seemed upset that I bothered her about a restroom and told me on the back wall pointing in that direction. Never did welcome me to Home Depot.Found the aisle with the faucets, but didn't see the box for the one I wanted. Went up front and found a lady employee in the self service register area and asked if she could get someone to aisle 34. She said sure. I went back to aisle 34 and waited 10 minutes, never hearing a page or anyone come by to help. One employee walked by me looking around, but ignored me and kept going.I took another long walk to the front to ask for help again, and a young man paged someone to meet me. I went back to the aisle, saw a lady at the end straightening, but she didn't notice me. I finally asked her for help when the guy that walked past me earlier came to help. Finally, two people to help me. I came in to buy two faucets, only one in stock. I went to the cashier, and I don't know what it is with cashiers now a days, but when she finished with her other customer, she took my merchandise, but never greeted me. Is it so hard to say Hi, Hello, Etc.!!!! Instead, she asked me if I wanted a Home Depot card, and would save $10 on my purchase. I said no, and was surprised that she thanked me for my purchase. The entire time I spent in there, it was hard to find an employee unless you walked all the way back to the front. They need to learn the importance of greeting customers when they walk by you, and make a customer feel important, not like some kind of bum. I will never set foot into that store again. I also shop at Lowe's, and they are 100% better with Customer Service then what I saw today.

Easy to find what you need to buy. I like the big selection of the sprinklers. You can spend a lot of time in the garden section because hard to choose from the many variety of flowers. I came shop here 30 years ago, and I still come.

Although I've struggled finding employees in other areas of the store, the painting section has very helpful and knowledgable employees.

Employees go out of there way to make us customers happy. Some of them have a great sense of humor. I enjoy talking with them, great personality makes a happy customer want to keep coming back to Home Depot.
