I just bought a Samsung laundry set (washer and dryer) with a protection plat for a great price! It was a great shopping experience for a major home appliances purchase.

The store was Closing and the garden manager went above and beyond to get me the desired product in time!!!

Went in for 2 different items and Zero help from employees

service, delivery, wood quality, etc. have plummeted. Employee knowledge is almost non existant

Veterans and pros would make it a point to pick ur store over other's if you applied discount to lumber aswell as everything else

Have shopped at Home Depot for years and I have never had a bad experience. Employees are always friendly and helpful. I would recommend Home Depot to family and friends, and have done so in the past.

Just asking for input from customers is a constructive endeavor.

August 15th was helped in the garden center by an employee that gave me all the service and had the product knowledge to get my project T well inderway. Malakai is an asset to HD! Thanks

Gave two delivery guys 20 ea for stove delivery. Neither said thank you. Last time I do that

This store's staff has always been super helpful whenever I ask for any help. Many times help is offered without me asking, guess I just give them that "little ol' lost man" look😂😂

We came in to do a return and purchase a few items as I waited by the return counter which the light was turned on no one acknowledge us and the other two employees were checking out other customers that was coming up to them, there was no line, finally they ask me to come to them with no apology just laughed as it was funny that stood their. But it seems that all the employees we passed by were not professional. At all the locations we been to this store needs some attention in customer needs and organizational skills

The Tallahassee store had everything in stock .The staff was courtesy and helpful.

Always ENJOY shopping around Home Depot

The customer service experience is so bad there that I will never do it again.

Store is always clean and organized , an employees are just that employees, they do there job an try to help as much as possible,

The store has a great layout has a great customer service and have the quantities that I need every time that I shop at the store.

From actual almost physical altercations with employees cursing at me, to people that clearly do not care about their jobs at all. I have had bad experiences my last few visits. Which is unfortunate because I love Home Depot. Hopefully it’s just this particular store.

Nobody around the store. Had to wait for someone to help me at the lawnmower area. After I went in to ask for help. We were there for over a hour.

2-3 cashiers have been extremely disrespectful

Despite the fact that HD is usually much higher priced than other retailers, when I’m forced to shop here for clients, the employees are usually pretty helpful. Not always. And when they’re not, they’re miserable. But of the two in town I’ll go the extra distance to shop here any day. Even though our selection of goods still stinks overall.

Visiting this store is actually fun. We nearly always depart it as satisfied customers.

Stop firing well season employees to save money on payroll!

I was very impressed with how well the cashier handled the situation, she was very calm, helpful and polite to all customers waiting. She made eye contact and acknowledged customers while taking care of my purchase while being at desk by herself.

Too many employees gathered very near the checkout at the entrance doing nothing. A supervisor should have moved some of them to other areas.

I bought the new RYOBI finish nailer. Works great

I’ve used this Hd for a long time, look at my purchase history. Within the last two years this store has gone down hill in all aspects. My last trip I was in curbside for 30 mins. I eventually walked in and all my stuff was just sitting there, two people working the online order station and nobody did anything. Just a “not my job” problem I guess. Get it together, hire the right people, go back to what it was 2-3 years ago please.
