Overall the customer service has dramatically improved. I feel like they are seriously overwhelmed and need extra help. They try super hard given the circumstances they’re given. The online inventory is rarely accurate and customer service support for online ordering is poor. This makes the store employees’ jobs even harder. The service here at the west side store in Tallahassee is FAAAAAAR better than the north side location.

I bought a refridgerator on Saturday and it took hours to complete!! I tried to complete my purchse online and was hours waiting for the chat bot and the live rep. I finally called the store to complete my purchase and it took 20 min. of being sent to all kinds of idiots, finally a FLOORING GUY TOOK MY CREDIT CARD INFO AND ADDRESS FOR DELIVERY AND HE COMPLETLY MASSACRED MY ADDRESS. AT THIS POINT I WILL NEVER GET MY DELIVERY!!!! I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING HME DEPOT AGAIN!!!!

We needed to replace our old lawn mower and already knew what we wanted: Cub Cadet XTI Enduro L42, 19 hp. Prompt friendly customer service rep and lawn/garden rep. They helped me buy and arrange next-day FREE delivery in less than ten minutes. It was delivered first thing this morning. My honey's happy so I'M happy!

I planed overbuying materials for my home projects and returning the extra items, if any, for credits since I do not live near HD Store. This worked out great just like HD advertised free return. Ashley, The Customer Service is very knowledgeable and helpful to process my return without problem.

I ordered flooring online on a Thursday, received a call asking when I would come and pick up the flooring the next day (Friday), and then received a notification the day after (Saturday) saying my flooring order was canceled. No explanation why.

I went in today to get two items. After having trouble locating them, an employee assisted me and made sure I got what I needed in a timely manner. They actually take care of the customer and i was quite pleased.

Sure they say hello and show you where the light bulbs are. Just don't ask for any help loading large, heavy or multiple items. They just won't help you. The oit attendants act like they are too good to help you or you are not good enough to be helped. This happens frequently and neither the manager or corporate seems to do anything about it. If it happens to you to please speak up. It's their job to help you not their personal decision.

I shop at this HomeDepot location because of the friendly and professional services I that I receive.

Although was three times as far from my house than the East side stor it was a pleasure to drive out of my was as this store provided more than excellent customer service.

They exhibited remarkable dedication and hard work while assisting my husband in loading 55 16-foot decking boards onto our truck. Their patience, care, and strong work ethic were truly impressive. I kindly request that the store management consider reviewing the security cameras to witness their outstanding commitment to customer service. In my opinion, Aron and Malik deserve recognition and, if possible, a raise for their exemplary work. Thank you, Aron and Malik, for going above and beyond to assist us. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed, and they have left a lasting positive impression.

If you want to get a new appliance, see Will in appliances. He knows what he is doing and is very helpful. Told me about the state's tax exempt status of energy star appliances and gave me the form for the rebate from the city.

This is the best Home Depot store that I have ever been in

I came down to Tallahassee from Michigan to help my son build a hen house. The store is clean, well stocked and was the only lumber yard nearby to carry 2 x 3 x 8' needed for the roosts. Thanks Home Depot team!

NOT. The store seldom has cashiers during busy shopping hours but self-checkout is always available. Home Depot does not offer discounts to all honorably discharged Veterans...only to slect Veterans.

Whatever Home Depot is doing, they need to continue.....they had more employees on the floor, then I have seen in a number of years. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Thank you to BILL for getting the lumber we needed, off the shelves, and JC for loading it in our truck. Cashier was also very nice too.

The cashier spent a lot of time pulling his pants up and then letting fall back down half way over his butt. It's definitely not something that I appreciate and I'm certainly glad my wife didn't have to see this. Where are the managers? What has happened to accountability of employees?
