This store has a staff that genuinely cares about its customers and will make sure to walk you through each step of a purchase. I recently bought my first house and they gave me the confidence I needed to commit to taking on some projects on my own. Without their assistance I would have been lost! GREAT TEAM.

A few visits ago I went in to buy a hand grinder. Since it was going to be a tough job I figured I needed the biggest and best in stock. I found an associate (in about three seconds) to ask him what type of grinding wheels would be the most appropriate. He asked me what I was sanding. When I told him he voiced concern over my choice of grinders. He was afraid the size of it would slow me down. He recommended a smaller one that was about $75 less. When I got home and started on the project I was so happy the gentleman talked me out of the bigger one due to space restrictions. This gentleman might have cost you a few bucks at the time, but I guarantee he made it up 20 times and has a fiercely loyal customer that will not shop anywhere but Home Depot. (I don't buy my clothes and groceries there).

Employees are friendly and know their product line.

was looking for some of what i would say is difficult to find plumbing parts and Home Depot had them. Also the store workers were extremely friendly. I didn't ask for help but at least two or maybe three workers that saw me asked if they could help me find what i was looking for. On a previous trip to the store one of the store workers walked the approximate entire length of the store out into the garden section to show me where a product was that I was looking for. God Bless them.

Used phone application for store layout map products and merchandise. Located item in appliance department. customer service rep immediately assisted with pulling, purchase and loading the freezer. It took less than twenty five minutes. Appreciate timely service and ease of product location. Great phone app!!

John in the appliance department was very helpful in ordering a range for me and informing me of available discounts for that range.

The staff helped me load my cart, complete the purchase and load the material into my car without me asking for help. The just did it automatically, wonderful people.

I pre-purchased 130 concrete blocks at a competing store. After waiting over an hour for loading (with the blocks on the forklift this entire time) I became frustrated and left. Went down the road to this store. They did a price match and had me in and out in around 20 min. Additionally, when noticing that my trailer tires were low under the weight of the blocks they asked me to pull around to the rental area and filled up my tires. That's what i call service!

The help I received by the young man "Jermaine" was exceptional!! He was very respectful and courteous!! If you need help, I would definitely recommend asking for him.

This store was remarkably clean and it's been a long time since I found a home improvement store so clean - it took me by surprise, pleasantly!

The associate that helped my husband and I tonight was a prime example of what a superb salesman should be! He was a joy to listen to, as he made the buying experience very animated. I have had by doubts about Home Depot in the past but decided to give it a shot because of the Free Delivery, and I am glad we did! We not only got a great washer at a even better discount but we were fortunate enough to meet a great associate that sealed the deal.

John (salesperson JMC1996) helped us special order our blinds for our new home. He was extremely efficient and patient. We have more purchases to make, and look forward to working with John in the near future for these. Employees such as he are why we patronize Home Depot. Thanks Home Depot for quality products, and for employing people such as John who is the epitome of perfect customer service.

Store is always clean and the Commercial Sales crew are always knowledgeable and helpful to fulfill all of my construction needs.

I am very pleased that each product we inquired about, the associate voluntary went the extra mile to leave one department from way across the store to assist me and also offered a printed copy of the product item, for my future shopping. This is Great & Priceless Customer Service!!!

I love when employees show pride in there work, knowledge in the skills and the willingness to serve the customer. The associate in the lumber dept was very helpful and offered to cut the peg board and he even found me in the store when it was done to bring me the cut boards. So nice. Great customer service.

The store is clean and though a little smaller (my perception) than another one across town, we were able to find what we were looking for and more. I left with far more than I came for, but a sale of an item I had long wished for appeared before me. I couldn't have been more satisfied with what was to be a quick trip ended up finding a tool I will have with me for future projects at a price I could really afford.
