Roberto and Ray are great assets! They always make my experience at Home Depot a good one. I'm in and out of the store quickly with the help of their terrific customer service, so I can get on to my work day. They help me get the job done!

Was greeted by an associate immediately, who asked if I needed help. Took me all the way across the store to what I was looking for, then took me to another spot I was looking for. Very helpful.

Your store and your employees are exceptional.. Your products. presentation and delivery are above other retailers in this area. . Your employees are always 'in our face' with a smile and asking if we need assistance...Don't know of a more 'customer friendly' retailer in this area...We appreciate Home Depot...

Over the last two or three years my west side Tallahassee Home Depot has repeatedly performed above my expectations. The associates drop whatever they are doing to physically escort me to the area I am trying to find. Then before they leave they always ask if I have any questions. It's great! Also, the store seems even cleaner than before.

We recently relocated and purchased a home so we are in the market for many new items. We prefer to shop at Home Depot.

Had great help from an associate who was very friendly. Customer service was excellent. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and assisted. Excellent job!

This is my favorite home depot... Always clean, staff is always helpful and friendly and the set up makes sense. It's also my favorite home improvement store.

Everything about this Home Depot is amazing from its cleanliness to its associates. Osvaldo was a great cashier and Hunter was an amazing help figuring out paint ideas.

My husband and I had a great sales associate helping us with choosing and ordering a washer and dryer. Don was truly helpful and genuine and is a true asset to Home Depot. His positive attitude and knowledge of the products made us comfortable asking questions. And he was diligent in making sure the order he did for us was complete, accurate and exactly what we wanted. I don't usually write reviews, but Don deserves recognition!

The store was clean, in order and the associate in ceiling Fans was great a pleasure talking with him because he knew about product.. Check out process was great -Friendly.

Associate Don Little from appliances was Amazing! He was tireless in his assistance. All questions I asked, he answered well. If no answer was apparent, he sought one out from others. Thanks to Home Depot for associates like him. I Love Home Depot.

I found everything I needed in order to sand and stain some wood. However there was a large immovable ladder in one of the paint aisles directly in front of the wood stains. It didn't inhibit my ability to find the right stain however it was pretty inconvenient to contort and reach around it to compare stain colors. This however, won't stop me from coming back to the store. Even though it isn't the closest home improvement store to my apartment, I still choose Home Depot over the other closer store (that may or may not begin with the letter 'L').

The Team that they have at this store is great! They are always very helpful, courteous and answer every question I can come up with. I use to shop at the competitor down the road and will never go back!

It's very tricky in the retail store environment for a sales associate to know what is enough, and what is too much. The people in this store "have it". I was not approached at any time, unless I stopped and was "scratching my head". And any time at this Home Depot (not true of all of them) I needed help, I got it.

Bad online experience online with sold me item not in stock at NE store, not NW store.

We went to the Capital Circle NE, Tallahassee, FL store to get tile for our bathroom project as well as bathroom vanities. They had the tile for the walls but not for the floor of the shower, but the associate in flooring told us they had the tile for the floor at the Capital Circle NW store. So we put our other items back and drove over to the Capital Circle NW store. We met Brandon in the flooring section who was very helpful and we found everything we needed and more and even found one of the bathroom vanities we needed. Brandon checked us out and he was very helpful and was the perfect example of customer service and in fact everyone in the store was friendly and helpful. We will definitely return to that store which is actually closer to our home.

Everything was fairly easy to find. Wanted keys made but could not get anyone at athe key place and did not want to wait....

My mind visit was to look at tools with my husband but ended up buying paint and paint supplies. The young man that was in the paint department was great. I purchased the Behr paint. I have heard great things about the quality of the paint. My husband also purchased some tools

During our search for the right materials to renovate our bus into a mobile pop-up store for our clothing company all of the employees we encountered were more than willing to help. A few names I would like to include that went above and beyond expectations were Ray, Norris, Jeff, and Miguel. Not only did they help us tremendously and save time, they were very enthusiastic and so motivated to help us. It truly felt like a family although we have never met any of these employees before. With the help of these 4 in particular we were able to accomplish much more than we expected and we can't thank them enough for their expertise. The 3 of us from Kowasaclothingco wanted to have these 4 gentlemen recognized for their help and generosity. We didn't have to ask for their help but rather were confronted and greeted by all employees for help with great attitudes and that's why we will always stay loyal customers to The Home Depot.
