Our fridge was to be delivered on Friday. They drive 40 minutes but would not come the three blocks to our house to finish the delivery because of snow packed dirt roads that normal cars were driving on. Definitely not solution oriented!! One worker could have ridden with my husband to our house to help him unload the fridge out of our truck and load the old one in our truck to take back to theirs. Besides the fridge had a dent on the door when unpacked!!

I noticed at most stores including other competitors stores have potting mix, potting soil or like components leave them stacked outside and products get wet after rain events. I have to slide large bags off of pallets and pick them up to determine if bag weight is excessive for size. I have 37 various size plants with some very large ficus trees. I like to buy the largest bag possible and this is difficult to lift large bags and sometimes they can have mold if excessively wet. As I mentioned I have noticed this at every store that sells potting mix and stores them outside, not just Home Depot. Otherwise very happy and satisfied with employees and products and competitive prices with exceptional availability and options.

Working on a new gate and found what I needed quickly so I could get back to my project. Thanks for all your help.

I'm a homeowner that loves to update my surroundings. I seek creative ways to take the things I like about my home, add to them, and create an updated look. Home Depot #2205 is my favorite place to shop for all my updates. Whether I'm simply looking for paint or investing in new appliances, I am happy when shopping here. Not only do I know I will find what I need, but I also know I will find something amazing that I want.

I bought a refrigerator, and was pretty disappointed to see it dented in at the bottom. It won't stop me from shopping at home depot. I just wish I could get some money back for a damaged product

I am in the store frequently & to go Customer Service sometimes & different checkouts depending on what I’m buying & I’ve always had a great experience with everyone being helpful & friendly!

It's the employees that make the difference. I received outstanding service from employees in the Bath section who helped me with the online purchase. I had received good service from this store in the past, but the help I received on this one was excellent.

Had a very friendly and helpful young lady help and greet me , her name was Sophia we need more nice people like her in the stores ,thats why i only come to the west side store, i send alot a money buying things for my homes. ,

We purchased a countertop for our bathroom vanity and were notified it was ready for pick up. When our contractor went to pick it up at 10 am he was told he would have to come back to pick it up at 1:30. Very frustrating as it is a waste of our contractor’s time and is putting our remodeling project behind schedule.

Tried to order item at home, order was accepted then later cancelled. Went to store, employee ordered item, order was accepted same as before then later cancelled

Not happy with my service

Your Wichita locations have THE BEST kept outdoor gardening areas in town. Met the women watering the East location today and told them what an outstanding job they do. Have noticed that the plants look well-loved, tended to and organized throughout the season - not just the first week of the season. They do a great job at both locations, honestly.

We always buy our salt here. Cheapest we've found.

I didnt know what I was doing. I just knew what project I wanted to do and Triston was so very kind and helpful. He got me the brackets I needed and the nuts and bolts to go with them. When I got home they fit perfectly. Im shopping at Home depot from now on. I had several employees ask me if they could help me

Unique situation with purchasing flooring over the phone due to me being in another part of the state. Spoke with several employee's and all were patient and extremely professional in making things happen!!

More than once I have ordered items based on the in stock status only to get refunded hours later or at pick up when an item was out of stock.

Home Depot always has what I need.

This is our favorite Home Depot store! When checking online for stock, if they do not have the item at that time, we are able to order it to our home for free, or pick up at store.

I was searching for guttering extensions and the female cashier jumped on her phone and directed me to the exact aisle and bin I needed in a few seconds. I was in and out of the store in less than five minutes!

Even though it was raining outside I noticed the store was being cleaned up especially when there was a mess in the men’s bathroom. I heard a customer say something to a cashier and she got on it immediately.

They always have what I need!! Always helpful for my questions too!!

I purchased something and had to return the next Day to pick it up. No problem but when I returned the next day nothing was pulled so I left and came back an hour later to still nothing and waited for an additional hour for still nothing being done. I will never return to this store that is less than a mile from me.

I know customer + Service is two words but with HD 2205 it should be considered only one word. When you greet someone at the door, then ask how they are, then another employee asks if they can help you find something, directs or walks with you to a defined aisle and location and another employee carries your purchases, then takes you to the customer service desk because they didn’t have a specific item, then orders it for you, gives you a discount, then rolls the cart out to your vehicle and helps you load your item, calls you by your First Name, treats you like family, then service has to be added to Customer to create the one word “ EXCEPTIONAL “. I would like to say Brian Hott the assistant manager at this store is amazing. He went over and beyond to help us with our issue. Brian took a personal interest in our issue and made sure in all of his power that we were happy with out purchase. Brian did an amazing job and must be recognized.

I discovered quite by accident a very professional, extremely knowledgeable associate in mill works! Since I had endured a year-long DRAMA with stupid men from RENEWAL BY ANDERSEN who never listened to my needs & wants and ordered NOT the product I wanted or ordered BUT the product they wanted me to have (probably an unwanted leftover door in their warehouse another client rejected) … Elizabeth in your doors & windows dept. was far more intelligent, willing to please listened to what model I wanted & why and her customer service skills were above reproach. She is a jewel in your crown . Even in light of no designer options in ICT, and the fact I COULD NOT order the series 4000 Andersen door because of the ugly closure change introduced in 2024 with a “scissor-like grey metal” top closure which is visually UGLY… in light of all this, Elizabeth succeeded in selling me the acceptable Series 3000 with black closure but without heavy, safety glass and upgraded locks…. Impossible for me as an upscale consumer to have less options than 20 yrs ago!!! But Elizabeth is excellent at her job, and against all odds and without present inventory to view, she made my HOME DEPOT experience very rewarding because of her fabulous personality and product knowledge. Give that girl a raise …. Thank you!

I’m always returning extra items I’ve never used to this store and the staff at the return cashiers are always busy but never show frustration. They always great everyone with a smile.
