Purchased refrigerator

After retiring I now have the time to complete a few tasks on my wife's honey-do list. With the Home Depots help I have completed a number of these tasks. Thanks.

I like this store, it is reasonably close to major shopping centers where I do business. The app makes it pretty easy to find things and the folks at the checkout lanes are nice.

The employees at the W. Kellogg location have always been great aT HELPING ME.

I would shop there for things that do not require warranty if it is Home Depot only brands like RYOBI. Can’t register them

I frequent the W Wichita Home Depot. No matter what I'm looking for, I can stop and ask any employee where items are located and they always point me exactly where to find them. Oftentimes they will accompany me to find the items. Really helpful employees.

Staff is very helpful; and courtesies asked me if I needed any help and help me load my merchandise in my SUV.

I have shopped at West side Home Depot for many years. I have always been happy with their merchandise. Good prices. I have been to 2 other big lumber/hardware stores in Wichita and keep coming back to Home Depot for a reason. Always great customer service.

Mary was great. She spent nearly 45 minutes helping me with my order and helpin me locate all of my materials in store. You could tell she genuinely enjoys her job and had realistic, caring conversation during this interaction. She needs to be recognized for this by management. She's a good one!

An apparent self service store lacking employees and the few that are there don’t care and are lacking any knowledge about the items in the store. The biggest problem with the self service is that they have everything locked up and inaccessible.

I haven't been to Home Depot in recent years. This week I visited twice, and I was surprised and pleased with the range of products and services available there. Prices seem great, too. If you haven't been to Home Depot, I suggest you give them a try.

I bought some glazed ceramic tile for my bathroom floor remodel and it looks really sharp. The tile selection is very good at HD and the salesman was very knowledgeable. I would definitely visit this store again for my remodeling needs.

A nice employee named Daena Lopez helped me find the cold-air return covers I was looking for.

Happy camper at home depot

SKM4580 was in the appliance dept when I arrived there. She showed me several washers and told me features of each. We sat down and we reviewed specific mocdels with me that had been rated highly at Consumer’s reports. I selected one and then she helped me select a matching dryer with features I wanted. She did not make me feel rushed. She explained the sales prices and other discounts, and the warranty options. I feel like I got a really good deal on the set.

Their garden center employees at my location are also avid gardeners, use the products, seeds, etc. that are sold at the store. They're friendly and often share their knowledge and give me ideas on different growing strategies for the season.

Halena helped me check out and she was extremely friendly and has great Shriner service skills!

The flooring people here are incredibly knowledgeable.

Go to this The Home Depot location if you want to find everything you need! The sales floor employees are helpful and knowledgeable about the products - in all areas! The checkout times are fast and thorough! I will definite go back! Bob at the sales cashier was THE BEST!

I’m in the store all the time as I tend to keep busy with home improvement projects. Everyone is always really helpful, the prices are decent and the availability of products is spot on.

Helped me find the items I needed. Friendly and outgoing. Inventory was stocked. I had an issue with an item showing as available at the location but not being available when I went to the store. They found a way to remedy the issue. Win-win!

We had a great experience with Mitchell and Jessica. Both of them were extremely helpful.
