This store rocks. Fantastic customer service. I am a Ridgid tool fan and have a huge collection of them. Great tools and if you ever have a problem they take care of it really quickly. Couldn't ask for more.

My husband has a hard time walking and the stores electric carts are clean and in good shape. The store is easy to get around in and staff is friendly and helpful.

What I find time and again at this store are friendly employees who are ready to help me find what I'm looking for so I can get in and get out quickly. Often they ask me if I need help before I even have to ask. Great service!

Store #2205 on West Kellogg in Wichita has a very clean atmosphere with great customer service. I would shop there again for products.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.Gene in Lumber was very quick to ask me if I needed help and was able to look at the photos on my phone and tell me what size wood I needed for my project. He then cut them to size for me. At other stores I normally have to search atleast 5 min trying to find someone to help me.

A rare find in the retail world of today. Great store with great employees.

Superior customer service.

I had a wonderful experience at this store #2205 in West Wichita. The employee did a great job in the Garden department. He went above and beyond to make my visit a "red carpet" one. He was friendly, professional and helpful. Thank you Home Depot, I will definitely be back!!! :)

"Happy HELP" for working on a holiday. Which we are grateful for.

I am very disappointed with this Home Depot. Employees were not willing to help and simply shrugged their shoulders at losing a customer. Staff is not knowledgeable and seemed very untrained. When I asked about opening a Home Depot credit card to purchase my large purchase, I was told I would save $25. That is nowhere near even 5% that most stores do. The paint employees were extremely unfriendly. I will not be back.

not one check out lane was open. Self check out is a pain in the rump and is just lazy customer service. there is no excuse for this. this is just Laziness and extremely poor customer service which Home deopt is famous for. I asked the clerk to call an manager, she made more than 5 calls and not one answered!!! again they don't give a #### about their customers. They act like they are doing ME an favor for shopping at this location! They differently have their heads somewhere!

Had a great cashier who helped me exchange a water heater.

I looked up the product that i was needing on The Home Depot website. I chose my location, not only did it tell me if the item was in stock but it even showed me the exact location of the item in the store (including a map of the store). It was awesome how easy it was to find what I was looking for. This feature alone will keep me coming back to this store. The fast self check out meant that I was in and out of the store very quickly.

THE STAFF AT *THIS* LOCATION KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING AND HOW TO ASSIST YOU WITH JUST ABOUT ANY PROJECT/UNDERTAKING YOU MAY HAVE! I HAVE SHOPPED AT MANY HOME DEPOT STORES AND HAVE YET TO ENCOUNTER ANY GROUP OF EMPLOYEES THAT COULD EVEN POSSIBLY RIVAL THE CREW WORKING THERE; THE EAST SIDE LOCATION IS GREAT TOO, JUST NOT as OUTSTANDING AS I PERSONALLY FEEL THE STAFF HAVE BEEN TOWARDS (ME) CUSTOMER(S) AT THE WEST STORE.

Traveled to Wichita from Texas to help a relative here. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

As a former employee and customer in Store 88 Plymouth, MN., I am always looking toward visiting and shopping here. We highly recommend others to visit out stores, though other rivals are more conveniently closer. It is a credit to good management and corporate care for Home Depot to be here. We appreciate and care for the way you "do business". Thank you.

Always have a great selection of tiles for home projects. Employees always helpful if we have a question. We appreciate the Military discount offered by Home Depot.

So thankful Home Depot still had annuals when other stores have sold out or the plants are dead/dying! Some of us like to refresh or add more and I was grateful to have the options! Very nice garden staff, also.

All employees were friendly and willing to help. We were shopping for only one item and were able to get in and out efficiently.

The store was clean, several different associates were very friendly and offered help before I even got to ask them for it. One of the biggest things for me, if they didn't know, they weren't afraid to say so and find someone that had direct knowledge of what I was needing.

We are always satisfied with our visits. The staff are always nearby, more friendly and willing to help.
