Had an amazing experience at Wichita West store today. The two ladies working the customer service counter helped me beyond my expectations with a great attitude and a smile on their faces. So refreshing to find such great help!

Went to pick up a tool chest and work bench for my husband, knew what I wanted but Dan was there to do all of the heavy work as the chest weighed 400 pounds! He, the cashier, and the lady that assisted dan in loading were all great. In/out in 20 minutes

Awesome job... lots of staff to help you find your items

We needed a new refrigerator and found a perfect replacement at 10% off. Sales person showed us many models to choose from on his computer. Home delivery was excellent, and for $15 they take away the old one. What a deal!

I would return to this Home Depot even there is a closer one than from my home

I just had probably the best customer service experience of any store. Tristin and David Snook went out of their way and exhausted all of their resources to resolve a problem for me. All of the clerks that tried to help me were friendly and took time to assist me. In the end I left feeling as though Home Depot was represented in the best possible way and I felt good about the outcome. Thank you.

Seem to have everything i need when i need it prices are competitive

I have never been disappointed on a visit to this store. My questions in any department have always been answered in a professional way. If personnel doesn't know an answer, they quickly direct me to someone who can help. This is "my" store!!!

I find most all of the employees helpful and while not everyone there is an expert they can usually find someone who is.

The store was clean and all employees were helpful find our merchandise.

Bought an air conditioner on line...when i got home it had a dent and was slanted. Took back...customer service was exceptional. Brought down and opened two others...also dented. Even attempted to call East store. Very attentive. A frustrating situation was handled in a way that I will go back. Did find my A/C at the East store. You don't find exceptional service much these days..Home Depot is smart to have these individuals at the return desk where people do come in unhappy much of the time!

The store was well organized and clean. The employees were super friendly and helpful.

There was a young Asian Indian girl at customer service counter who was very proficient multi-tasking to meet needs of multiple customers at the counter. I hope store management realizes her value as an employee; she deserves to be commended for her effort and efficiency. Two other store employees I interacted with on this particular occasion (a floor associate & cashier) were also very helpful and friendly.

We are builders, but generally on another side of town. When we do visit this store to fill out our material order, etc. we are always well taken care of. Associates are usually easy to find, and knowledgeable. And willing to help, which is not always the case at other big box stores. If they don't know they answer, they check into it and have answers immediately. Great place.

Employees there are always asking if they can be of assistance. always willing to help and if they don't know an answer, they call another employee that should know.

Steph in the returns department is a top notch employee. She took very good care of me when I had a problem with an online order. Keep up the good work!

I would have been loss to find what I needed, but the store staff was so helpful in directing me and giving me needed information about products and how to order and get a credit card for a discount. I was impress with the quality and selection of things I was looking for to update my daughters and son-in-laws house.

Customer Service is Outstanding, store is very neatly organized .

At the Home Depot west store you will always be helped by a friendly employee! And if they don't have it in stock they will order if for you.
