Went to get some lumber. Aisles were cluttered making it difficult and no one around to help (I did ask).

I like the customer service because they can be pretty helpful when you ask them. The only concern I have is the over price in a certain items that they sell. And the second concern is as soon as I walk into the store no one greets you. They just stare at you. Otherwise, I will come back to this store and shop again, but knowing that I have done research first.

Decor updated to modern trends would make store more appealing for our needs.

There are two Home Depot stores equal distance from my home both are great I have no preference

Lawson in the gardening section is very helpful and knows his products.

I bought the GFCI Receptacle kit 031857125592 and a strain relief connector with rubber grommet 051411216924. The kit is all metal with a spring loaded cover and neoprene cover gasket, block out plugs and screws is well designed and goes together easily. It accomodates an AC cable with angular 3 prong plug.

I needed shades or blinds and dreaded going to the store. Most of the time I cannot find anyone to help me, and it gets frustrating. Not this time, I met Bridget, and she was wonderful. She took time to explain what I needed to know and made me feel like I was a valued customer. She is an asset to the store and a great example for others to follow.

Seriously the brat HD around and it’s the employees that are the key- most every one was helpful or at least smiled at us when we made eye contact!! Need to send the secret recipe to other stores. It was driving over a half hour to shop here considering we have a HD about 3 miles from home. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Great shopping experience on my recent visit to Westfield Home Depot. I arrived knowing what I wanted, was greeted by Sam & Jon in the flooring dept. they were immediately able to locate the item I wished to purchase. They both handled my checkout purchase, offering my purchase could be assembled and delivered, a great help for me to have these task completed by the store. Their supervisor Colton was in the vicinity of the checkout area and assured & confirmed the assembly/delivery. Great Team of employees! Thank you, Joanna

Customer service in the paint department was excellent. Olivia was very patient and helpful.

Sam on the flooring department was wonderful! She was genuinely interested in helping me find the right flooring, took her time listening and answering my questions, even recognized me when I came back into the store. Scheduling the estimate was easy as was setting up the time for the install. The Westfield Home Depot in general has always been great!

great service at the rental dept

HD has no ability to talk to other stores or distribution sites. They have zero customer service and quite honestly would prefer to not even attempt to provide service or help. Awful and last experience

I have not visited my Westfield store where the associates were not very helpful and kind no matter how small the issue.

I took advantage of 0 interest for 18 months offer and a few months into the payments you stop sending CC statements, as if you want me to miss a payment so you can cancel the offer and hit me with interest. Please fix this.

whenever I visit the Westfield, MA store the employees are always there to give a helping hand and to guide me through the process of finding whatever I need. Sometimes I do not need any heplp but someone is always there asking if I need help.

I didn’t buy enough parts at another home depot. Upon entering store, employee ask what I was looking for, directed me to the area where my parts were located.

Every time I shop at this store everyone is friendly and so helpful! It's hard to find that at many places nowadays. It's always a great experience when I go in this store. Employees go above and beyond and seem to love their jobs!

I have visited the store multiple times a week over the past 10 years with each visit the same; store associates are friendly and helpful reminiscent of days long gone by. The Westfield store usually has the products I am looking for and on the rare occassions they do not, the store associates are helpful locating the products at other stores.

I bought a front door at Home Depot located in Westfield Ma. They sent a company exterior associate to take measurements and install it. It wasn’t perfect but it was fair enough for me. After a couple month I started hearing a popping noise at night and on days especially on a sunny day. I call them and they sent the company to check it. The results was: it’s not the installation but the door itself. Home Depot told me to take pictures and videos and forward them. I did not have a camera and I sit by the door with my phone and record at list 7 videos of the popping sounds. They said that they will call the company to replace it. After calling back and forth to get an update, they told me they will try to fix it . I said ok but what if that doesn’t work. They cannot guarantee me they will replace it. Finally they told me they cannot help me I have to call or write the Home Depot legal team which is located I believe in Philadelphia. It’s been 2 years I’ve never hear from them and the door still making the noises. BEWARE!!

I purchased 2 gallons of paint, it only took 10 minutes to mix and computer match the paint . The associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. I used self check out and I was out of store in 20 minutes.

I bought some products with a disabled veteran to help him landscape his property and to give him som work ( for pay) landscaping mine. Your personnel were understanding, kind, and gave him a cost savings because he was a veteran. Thank you

Security guards should be allowed to stop thieves, otherwise fire all cashiers, they are not needed if you allow stealing.

I needed to purchase two exterior doors and two storm doors. The measurements for these doors had been completed earlier in the week so I came back to the Westfield store to pick out doors. Colton and Brian were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful! They went above and beyond to answer all my questions. My basement exterior and storm doors had to be special ordered so dimensions were rechecked to be sure that installation would be seamless! I highly recommend the Westfield Home Depot!

I have been going to my Westfield Home Depot for many years and have gotten to know many of the associates. They have always been very friendly and helpful with whatever I have needed. I would recommend this store to anyone.
