Very helpful associates, the store always has a great selection of what I need, if for some reason they are out of a item they will get for me soon. The store is always very clean and laid out very well. Easy to get to and get back out.

The management and employees are very pleasant and knowledgeable. We did have a bad experience with a customer service representative but I know she was reprimanded, so I am satisfied.

Excellent service staff, very friendly and will give you the attention needed.

Linda, who was my cashier was very kind and considerate. She smiled and is ALWAYS friendly when I shop at Home Depot. Please congratulate her for her professionalism. She is an awesome representative of Home Depot.

Friday June 16th, I purchased a Toro Electric Blower Vac and gave it to my husband today as an early Father's Day Gift. When he opened the box he found that the product had been used and the vacuum bag was dirty and full of leaves. The only other box at the store was opened and damaged even though the online site said there were 4 available. When I called customer service, I was told my only option was to get a refund . I asked if another one could be sent from the West Springfield store in time for Father's Day, and was told no, it would take longer than that even though the stores are only 7 miles apart.

Purchased a refrigerator, Carlos Jackson assisted us. Paperwork was explained thoroughly, delivery was explained thoroughly and Carlos was very helpful in all aspects of the purchase, even in helping with an important question after the sale and delivery. I highly recommend purchasing appliances from this the Westfield Ma. Homedepot. Carlos is the department manager and I could see that his high standards of customer service is duplicated by the sales staff in his department. Everyone had more than a simple working knowledge of the appliances, products and services offered in the department.

Best home depot around! We go out of our way to come to this particular establishment because of their well stocked inventory, and friendly service.

I was shopping for seasonal flowers in the garden area. I was able to find everything I needed in a short period of time, I was assisted once for an item I couldn't reach. The employee was able to reach it with a ladder. He was very ice and polite. I was checked out shortly without any problem. I was in and out of the store with everything I went for in less than 15 minutes..I'm very happy we have uch a great Home Depot in Westfield...

No one in this store is even remotely educated on company policies, particularly price matching. You have to call the corporate office to get issues straightened out. At least the people at corporate seem to have been educated on corporate policies. You can contact them at (770) 433-8211.

I have been to many stores this past year. I am so lucky to have a store that I can count on for having what I came in for. The friendliness of everyone who works in this store(Home depot) goes above and beyond to help me make my projects come together.. Thank you everyone who works for Home Depot for having the store organized and neat.. You all go above and beyond to help the customers have a wonderful experience in the store.. We went to look for pots for our houseplants. They had a decent selection, I wish there had been more of a variety of shapes, sizes and colors. Their selection of plants, however, was AMAZING!! We even got to talk with the plant vendor, and she made us feel welcome to ask as many questions as we needed to find the perfect additions to our home.

I found employees willing to help me look for what I wanted and even found me the best deal in the store only to go to checkout and have the cashier give me 25 discount for opening an account. Made my day most pleasurable

My day was made much easier by a very friendly and knowledgeable employee named patrick in the paint department. He was very kind to my son too and helped us finding the necessary tools for our painting project.

The Westfield store was clean and workers very help full we had called about a electric hot water heater and when we got there it was already for us to purchase

Staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. Store is well-laid out and clean. Store Manager, Michele Minniear, was in evidence and approachable. I told Michele that a vanity on display in front of the store led me to go for a bathroom remodel. So far, I have spent $8,000. (and counting) in remodeling supplies and tools as a result of that vanity.

every one I passed asked if they could help me. I needed help and I have no tools. I explained to Alan that I was helping a neighbor in our senior apartments. her drawal broke and i was able to fix that, but the wood brackets were failing off and i tried to nail them but the nails split the wood. he went over good customer service my sawing the wood to the length and and drilled the wood so that I can nail it and the wood will not crack. thanks alan for all your help

Friendly and knowledgeable staff are always around to help make my shopping experience a good one. I feel so fortunate to live close to a store run so well.

Store staff approached me to offer help more than once and when needed walked me to the correct spot to get one of the items I was in the store for. The store had a good vibe and it was great to see the kids and families in the store for "craft morning". The store had everything that I came in for. Cashier line went smoother than I expected it would.

Easy in. Easy out. Ample, well lit parking. Store is clean and well organized. Associates easy to locate for assistance finding something. So far, anything I've been searching for has been in stock. Check-out, there was only one human staffed cashier tonight at 6:55pm, Dec 23rd. The others were automated. Tonight I used the human staff, but have used the automated as well and no issues. The human staff is no hassle and always friendly and clean-cut looking. I'm with a non-profit and they're always able to find the tax-exempt account within seconds on their computerized register. I have not been hounded by cashiers for credit card offers and other promos that don't apply to the majority of customers. I appreciate not being hounded. When I have to make a return, I have never run into a roadblock. The staffer is always quite personable and knows how to do their job well and in a very timely and friendly manner. I have been to another nearby Home Depot and often hear customers bickering with store staff at the customer service desk. People in a huff. Customers who look angry. Staff hard to locate. Not the case with the Westfield store # 8923.

I just love the Westfield Home Depot. I can't say enough about how helpful and pleasant the Manager and associates are there. Kinda feels like they've known me personally. I find everything I need in this store ... if not it's ordered ! No is not an option in Westfield !!!
