The White Lake Home Depot store has been incredibly helpful in becoming a new home owner of the community. The staff is extremely helpful and always willing to give advice. The only place we will shop for home improvement needs and supplies.

Searched all over for a basic fertilizer drop feeder and no one carried it. Home Depot was the only store that carried in store without going to online to order.

It's always a painless visit to this store. Everyone is great !

The store was clean and we'll kept. The sales associates at this store often go above and beyond to assist customers. During this partiicular shopping experience we were personally walked to the roofing area, though it was not the associates area of expertise. She then spent extra time with us helping to find the particular products we needed before helping us load those heavy items into our cart. We took our purchases to the cashier, who was also very expedient in assisting us with our purchase. I prefer the White Lake Home Depot over other Home Depots in our area and most definitely more than other building supply stores.

This store offers many deals every year on summer or outside items! This visit was no exception, I found a great deal on a patio set and bought it! The customer service was excellent and had help loading into my vehicle.

We found everything we needed with ease & a little help from an employee. The paint employee girl was extremely helpful and nice. The store was & is always usually straightened, clean & organized. Compared to other competitors, ive never had an issue trying to find someone to help me when i wasn't able to find something .

The gentleman that assisted my in hardware (John B or John Buckles) was exceptional. He takes great pride in his work and was more helpful I could have even imagined. He should be a mentor to new employees there as he genuinely displays a friendly demeanor and a strong commitment to quality work. He does this not as a company tag line, but instead as a part of who he is and the work ethic that he upholds.

Home Depot is my "Go-To" store for all my projects. If I ever have an occasion I cannot locate an item, someone is sure to help. Never experienced a grumpy employee. I even had two employees who spent at least a 1/2 hr helping me finding exactly what I needed for my DYI project- you can't get that kind of service anywhere else! And they even saved me money to boot! Love Love Love that store!

All the associates are just so friendly and are willing to lend you a hand to fill the things you are looking for. The cashiers are so friendly and their parking lots are always clear of shopping carts and wood carts.

Great personalized service on two separate visits. First was in the Paint Department with an employee by the name of Steve. Very helpful in helping me to choose the right product. Second visit was for a hot water tank problem. Mike in Plumbing was great explaining each step I needed to make to fix the problem. Very helpful and genuinely listened to my concerns. Cashiers on the second visit were very courteous at self checkout from start to finish. Even corrected a small pricing error. Best part about these experiences was the fact that not once did Steve or Mike seem to want to rush me and seemed to genuinely care about helping me. Great job by all the employees.

One of the better home depot stores in michigan. Plus it's next to Wal-Mart so I can get multiple things done with out driving all over town.

Do not buy candy. Could be expired. Be careful with gift cards as they don't put them in bags or hand it to you. They just scan and leave it there so if you aren't paying attention you'll lose it.

THE HOME DEPOT ASSOCIATES ARE ALWAYS INFORMATIVE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND HELPFUL.

Was not happy with the customer service at this store. It was hard to get help at the paint counter even though 7 employees were chatting at customer service, completely ignoring customers who needed assistance. When the MOD, who was part of the socializing, was alerted that we need assistance, she was rude and condescending. We left without making a paint selection and drove to another store. Not the first time customer service was disappointing but it will be our last.

I frequent this store regularly. Always positive experience.

My husband and I were very impressed with the helpfulness of the employe in the plumbing department when we visited Home Depot today. He approached us, offered assistance and then proceeded to help give us all the info needed to install the product. We liked the overall selection of the products we were looking for and found the prices to be very satisfying. The directions for installing the products were clear and easy to follow. (Installation of products went very well.) When we got to the register, being unfamiliar with 'self-checkout', the cashier was very friendly and helpful, eager to show us how the procedure worked. We appreciated that. It was a very pleasant shopping experience for us both.

Can't stress how Great this store is, Good management and associates, I brag about it to all my friends and family .

Store is well organized and the store employees are friendly and helpful

I spent over 8k on decking material. I went to both Lowes and HD and HD was willing to match Lowes pricing where Lowes was unable to do the same for the exact same material. The associates were friendly and helpful. I was a little disappointed that buying all this material didn't wave the delivery fee but it was still less expensive.
