My recent visit to the White Marsh paint department was most enjoyable. I want to recognize Anna for her quick, friendly and professional help with my paint selection. With seemingly unlimited color choices and finishes to choose from, Anna asked the right questions and confirmed the best product and finish to use on my project. I left the store confident that I had had made the right choice and ready to get rolling.

The store was very clean and items neatly organized. Floor attendants were ready to help with necessary information about the device you intend to buy. They sometimes suggest a better product available within the store, based on your need.

Out of all the Home Depots I have patronized this one is the worst. I have walked in the local Home Depot in Aberdeen and Golden Ring and been treated better than the White Marsh one ever could. Heaven help if you wish to talk with a manager at White Marsh or need to have an item down from a high shelf. The only bright spot in White Marsh store is one employee, Deb. I walk with a cane and have asked employees in the past for help and was given bad directions to the item I was looking for. Most times the employees don't know where an item is or just tell you an isle to go to and just walk away. I have asked for a manager in the past and each time was told they were busy or were not there.

If your in the Golden Ring area, drive the extra 5 miles and go to the White Marsh store. This Home Depot is much better than the Golden Ring store. This store is very clean and the staff is very helpful!

The White Marsh Home Depot is usually pretty helpful and friendly but for some reason today 8/13/2017 the service sucked. Julius in plumbing wasn't properly equipped for customer service. And tool rental was the most worse customer service I have ever had in this store. The tool rental associate was Delbert.

An employee (I think John) pointed out to me that my fuel tank was loose and almost broken free. Offered me the use of a store jack if needed. I strapped it in and got it home, I had a long driving day ahead but that didn't happen thanks to John for being observant. Could have been a very, very bad day. Thank You.

We always shop here rather than the store closer to us. Staff is friendly, helpful
