I love this store. I always get prompt assistance if needed and the staff is always friendly and ready to help if needed. Usually I can find anything I'm looking for within a matter of minutes.

Customer service is lacking at this store. I believe it is a lack of management. Cashiers are careless, rude and very unprofessional during work hours. They socialize and are in their phones too much when they’re long lines of customers waiting to be tended too, it takes more than one or two employees to do a one person job just to continue socializing. This isn’t what Home Depot should take pride in when it comes to customer service.

The purchase of my new storm door was so easy and pleasant mainly due to the kind/wonderful assistance of Nick, Millwork Specialist. He's your guy if you need a new door. Thank you Home Depot for hiring quality people like Nick.

Good Customer Service by everyone

HD has more of what I am looking for.

I've always used this store, less than ten miles from home and have been impressed. Now I'm more impressed because of "Ike" Uzoukwu who I met on the phone from customer service. He volunteered to walk over and search for the availability of a lawnmower gas cap for my Toro lawnmower. He found the last one in stock and brought it to customer service, and I bought it from him with a credit card. He emailed me the receipt and asked for me to make sure that I received it. What service, and what a nice man!

This Home Depot location has very knowledgable staff and there is no shortage of employees around ready to help. Their product offerings are helpful and the tool/truck rental is easy and fast!

Gina in the garden section needs to seriously work on her customer service skills. She was rude and very disrespectful toward me. Roni or Veronica at customer service is an angel and she deserves a raise for her excellent customer service skills. If it were not for Roni or Veronica I probably would never go back to this store due to Gina's terrible customer service toward me! Someone please retrain Gina PLEASE!!!!!

Employees at this store provided excellent customer service for me. Most cooperative and concerned about resolving what I needed. Thank you.

This is my favorite home deport. I know many of the staff by name and they know me. Great store.

The women working in customer service refused to come help me with propane...arguing and audibly saying "I don't wanna help her...well I dont either..." and paging someone from garden, making me wait and feel embarrassed. Both were young...Im an older lady....

Overall the store is better than 2 years ago when i went in they are friendly just not everyone is helpful they only know where they work in area that's it

on may 5 Gabriel Tavares the district manager urges his team not to put themselves at risk of covid-19. implying the front line employees are expendable.

Convenient & clean, always find what I need. Helpful employees when I need someone.

Great store, friendly employees, smaller store so limited selection in some areas. As a suggestion you could add a few paper towel holders in the kitchen or bathrooom section, This store only offered one type, and it was not what I needed. Stocking three to four designs would help and it would be easy to manage as to the inventory. Last suggestion is to add Veteran parking. I shop Lowes simply because of this, I have a great appreciation for businesses that recognize us with this simple acknowledgement, and there are a lot of veterans in the trade.

This is my "go to" location. The paint department has the best selection of color samples. If you need help in that department, ask for Rob. He's very helpful.

Excellent customer service! Shout out to Rogelio for his help today at the customer service area. HD has a great returns policy that helped me to return items from a home project that I didn't end up using. As a whole, I commend every employee at this local HD for their friendliness and great customer service. Keep up the awesome job!

Frustrating experience. More doing....I did everything myself, loaded two hot water heaters (over 125 lbs each) by myself and then checked myself out. Worst customer experience I can remember.

apathetic employees, one cashier in whole store- stay away

Product was mispriced. Store personnel acknowledged the error then charged me full price. Completely unprofessional. Strong avoid on this store.
