I have been going to this location for about 5 years, and it is one nicest stores, with great representatives. The management is doing a good job, because every employee I have been in contact with has done a good job and done all they could to help me out if I needed assistance. We buy most of our plants there, I buy my supplies to work on the house and to build things like a guest bed and a lot more.

Lots to choose from happy about that. We had one female employee who “Sighed” when we asked her for a price on an artificial Christmas tree..she was very rude she obviously didn’t want to help us but other than that very happy with our tree. Other employees were nice there but they won’t offer to help you , you have to ask.

Came in twice and was refused to pull an item. I had to order online line for pick up and come back 2 hours later.

I drive a couple of extra miles to shop at this store. I have found that it has a great stock of supplies that I use year round. When I can't find what I need the people will do their best to help me locate the item or come up with another way to do what I am trying to do. In these times there will always be supply chain issues. The people that work there have been a great help in either trying to find what I want or are there to give me ideas on how I might do the repair.

Home Depot should send me paycheck for doing their employees job. I go in to spend money, not to scan the items I’m purchasing from them.

We bought a washing machine. The sales are always great but even if not, the prices are always great.

I recently purchased 10 sheets of 23/32 for a sub floor in a new kitchen I am building out. Product is great, as firm as plywood, a bit less, and plenty of it in stock. Andrew in the building materials helped me out, a great guy, who has helped me out a bunch. And Angie at 'will call' checked me out, (she is always so kind and friendly) Of all my years being a GC (over 20, in Los Angeles County), this Home Depot is by far one of my 2 favorites.

Frequent customer and each time I need help cutting down some wood it takes such a long time for anyone to come and cut. I had to ask 3 people yesterday. Waited 30+ minutes for someone to finally come cut my plywood at the wrong dimensions. Don't offer something you c an't do.

Cherry in appliances was the best! She was so helpful and informative beyond words and we were so happy with our purchase. Friendly and patient with a great sense of humor. We will definitely return to this location. I wish there were more customer service friendly people like her.

Everything is in stock and I appreciate the people at the store.

We replaced an old Kenmore washing machine with an LG. Lee Ann in appliances was very helpful! She gets an A+ from an old, retired schoolteacher, and so does Rodrigo with the delivery team ... they both were outstanding!

I can always count on getting what I need at this location. Courteous and helpful employees.

I bought a New kitchen floor from Home Depot 3 years ago. The sub contractor didn't do a very good job, but, "Home Depot has promised to take care of the mistakes the sub contractor made" and replace my floor. Just hope they can find the time soon to finish it!

Floor Specialists Lou Ann was so helpful, professional, she was knowledgeable, helped me find and ordered tiles for my 3 bathrooms and helped me out to load the tiles to my car. Very pleasant experience. Will come back to order my wood floors. Highly recommend

I bought a folding 6-ft table of course online price does not match the in-store price $20 $18 more no help loading in my car that was pretty heavy and I'm elderly. Your customer service has changed since your self registers are now the only way to check out less help with your store Representatives

When my mobile work station came with the delivery truck it looked well fastened and secure. Unfortunately there was nothing but plastic wrap covering the wooden top so it was damaged in transit. Other than that they helped unload my station and brought it into the shop for me so that was really nice of them

I love the Whittier Home Depot. So glad it is close to home. Always a good experience finding what I need and the employees are nice and helpful.

Do not like the new set up of checking out It’s set up for self checkout and then there are employees standing around

Home Depot must have changed their business model because customer service is lacking at all locations

The cashier at the registers are just great, Yvonne is always very helpful, Nicole is always there to greet all customers with a big smile. All the cashier staff is always so wonderful even if the rest of the store don’t seem to be so helpful the cashiers always are.
