My name is Randy and my business is handy Randy and I go to pretty much every Home Depot around cuz I never know what city I'm going to be working in each month The what are your Home Depot is in my top two Home depots to visit and go to it's a pleasure to be with the people that work there and the parking is extremely easy I know nowadays there's a lot of products missing off the shelves but they're doing their best all of Home depots are and they're very quick to tell you which store has the product if they don't have it on the shelf which is valuable to the customer in my line of work

Every time I visit this store I always have a favorable expirence, the employees will go out of their way to assist me. Thank you for training employees on the importance of customer service.

An employee tried to take an item I paid for by force, grabbed it would not let go and dragged me several feet. At least she apologized when she realized she made a mistake.

On our way to visit my sister who just came out of the hospital. Looking for a small easy to take care of plant. Our of our area and in the City of Whittier CA. Stopped to see what they had. They had a GREAT selection of Orchids. Purchased one!!!

Bob at the La Habra store was a perfect gentleman, I called the rental department and asked to put on hold an auger. When I arrived I noticed that he had my name on it, he explained the rental process and helped me hook up the auget to my van. I believe that Bob went out of his way, and beyond his duties as an employee of Home Depot.

Worked with Melissa on our kitchen remodeling project. She is highly knowledgeable about the details of every aspect of the process. It was a pleasure designing our dream kitchen with her. Prior to working with Melissa, we worked with another kitchen remodeling company, and the level of their service was not anywhere close to the service we got from Melissa. And her designing skills are outstanding. I highly recommend going to Melissa if you are planning to renovate your kitchen.

I recommend HD only if it's the nearest box hardware store and you're screwed without what you need...

The store has always been awesome you finally have some good managers I did not want to see Brian go but he went to bigger and better things which is good for him you got some good people and they're still all of your cashiers are fabulous The people in pain are great The people and electrical are great plumbing hardware lumber you got some good people now keep them Make them happy so they'll stay there customers like me like to come in and get to know everybody in the store and it's good to have friends at a Home Depot so they can cater to your needs I used to work for you guys back in '99 but the managers that you had then were terrible I still remember their names but who cares now I just like the fact that you can walk in and everybody smiles and they're happy to see you and I'm happy to see them and I do mean everybody in the store I love that store 6684 best store in California

employee working store returns did not want to exchange a broken husky utility knife that has a lifetime warranty. she at first said the knife had a be 100% the same as my broken knife. the new knife is silver and black and my broken knife way solid black. then she wanted a receipt for proof of purchase. told her knife was about two years old. so i had no receipt. then she told me i needed to contact husky tools if i wanted a exchange. (over the phone) store manager told employee to give me a one time even exchange. however if the new utility knife fails home depot will not honor the lifetime warranty. needed to contact husky tools for lifetime warranty.
