I went in to return some Items that was not needed, the young lady at the return desk very nice. I told her that I did not have a receipt, she smiled and said that was ok. I then walk around the store to look for Items I did need. the staff was very helpful even when they wernt sure where something was. Thank you Whittier Home Depot I will be Back

The Customer Service person at the desk when I went in was so helpful with my search for how to repot an orchid. She even printed out several sheets of information to help me with how to take care of my finicky flower.

Home Depot Associates are always polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. The layout of Home Depot stores makes it very easy to find most things and those items that aren't, then an associate always seems to know where to find it AND they take you right to the item. They are willing to explain how an item works, how it might need to be programed (remotes) and even help with that process. The pricing of items are very reasonable and affordable. I just never go wrong shopping at Home Depot.

As stated in my comments for the survey, I've always been satisfied with my overall experience with Home Depot. I've been a customer since the first store came into Southern California, and would drive a few miles out of my way to do so. In fact, was a friend with a guy that was a part of the start of the concept of the Home Depot Company. My wife and I have re-roofed homes for relatives, neighbors, and friends and Home Depot has always been my choice of suppliers. The associates have always been the best whether it was loading, or cashiers. They also were all respectful of my getting a military discount for serving our great nation. Thank you Home depot for the courtesy, quality, availability, and professionalism.

great help from associates at the help desk. Michelle helped us return an item that was received damaged and exchanged it for another. she did all the work and called us when the items were ready. Very friendly, helpful and always with a great attitude. Thanks!

The store was very clean and I was helped by more than one associate for different things. Prices were pretty good as well, I will definitely come again.

I was able to return extra items without a problem.

The gentleman who works in hardware was so friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to answer my many questions about how to construct small fencing for my home. Another younger gentleman was eager to help me when he noticed me struggling with the large pieces of lumber and even brought me the correct shopping cart. The guys in the tool rental area were also very helpful and were able to recommend the correct drill for my project. I am eternally greatful for their patience, knowledge, and help.

Self checkout was fast and easy. Associate was there in case help was needed and was friendly.

The quality of paint available is great, and the staff helpful. I even saw little ones in Home Depot aprons getting a lesson in paints.

While looking for tile, an employee offered his help and to look for desired tile. He brought his gadget that was used to easily find the tile. His assistant was very helpful. It cut down on the time spent looking for tile.

Had a awesome experience with a cashier, brighten my day after not being available to find an associate to bring down some merchandise

Ray from the window section is awesome! He's so friendly and knowledgeable & was able to suggest and help us find the item we were looking for. I definitely recommend this location to anyone who's remodeling the interior of a house because the associates here are the friendliest and most knowledgeable people I've ever met compared to the other Home Depot locations.

I was appalled when the associate monitoring the self checkout mistakenly locked me out of my transaction while trying to help another customer. My young son and I were forced to wait while the associate finished helping the other customer. He apologized multiple times and reached toward his workstation to correct his error each time he noticed we were still standing there, but he never actually unlocked the machine. Not just incompetence, but total disregard for my time.

Melissa Smith in Kitchen Design dept is great to work with when you need assistance in choosing your products for a kitchen remodel.

The associates at the paint desk and blinds center were very helpful and friendly. Overall I am very satisfied with their service.

I Love my Home Depot store its always clean everything in order, the Associates are helpful. I only wish their were more associates to help., how ever they are the best.
