great store. was able to find everything i was looking for and able to get back to work immediately

We have two other home depots near by but my husband and I prefer to go to the Whittier home depot store.. This store is always clean and has everything I look for, I even come home with things I wasn't there for, we love home depot in Whittier.

Our store is convenient to our home, plenty of parking and easy accessibility. Our store has a great layout and there are associates readily available for help. All aisles are wide and clear and clearly marked with product layout. If the item your looking for isn't on the shelf an associate is there to help you with your search. My wife say's this store is my home away from home. She's right.

This store is a hit or miss. I have been to this store on few ocassions where there was no available associates to assist me. I once waited over 20 minutes for assistance and nobody came to help me so I left and bought my refrigerator at Lowes. Another time I wanted to purchase a washer and dryer and again I waited over 15 minutes and asked several times for an associate to be called to help me. I ended up leaving and went to the Home Depot in Pico and was immediately helped and had excellent service. My last visit to the Whittier Home Depot was much better I ordered custom blinds and my associate Lou Ann Zulawski was very knowledgable and saved me money. This store needs more employees like Lou Ann.

Nice to find stores that have older product lines for our existing lighting needs.

I always find better prices at Home Depot, usually to always have everything I'm looking for within my price range if not cheaper than expected

I was looking for molding and a paste to apply it to the wall and i found it all , i was going to buy a "liquid nails " and the associate helped me find a heavy duty version of it for cheaper!! so over all it was great.

The store is always clean and the plants are always green, the costumer service is always outstanding. I prefer this location to any other local locations. I would recommend this store to my friends and family.

I was very pleased with the assistance I received from the sales person in the patio department. She really is the main reason my purchase of the wicker cooler was possible. She offered to secure it and make sure I received assistance to my car. She was very pleasant and nice!

I usually go to the registers for checkout but this time I went to self checkout. Jasmine was very eager to help me scan my items and bag them while Ralph made sure my shopping experience was great. Nice store nice layout but most important great employees.

The store was very clean and organized. Despite how busy the store was there was plenty of associates to help with questions.

Definitely one of the nices homedepot stores i have visted and i have visited a lot in the southern california are.

It's hard to find someone who knows what they are doing. They always look for someone else.

I went to purchase a wooden pole for a closet I was building. As I was walking an employee by the name Gilbert came to my aid and was very helpful in locating the item and cutting it. I appreciated his assistance and look forward to coming back.

I called several stores in the area to find Mint plants and no one had them one store even put me on hold for 20 mins. ugh! and never came back. I called Home Depot in Whittier and they answered and connected me with Gardening and they looked for the Mint plant and informed me that they had it. So I went to purchase my plants. not only did they have what i needed it was on sale! Yay! Thank you Home Depot.

My experience with Home Depot is always positive. Very helpful and extremely knowledgeable staff. The employees here are always there to assist you with anything you may need.

The store was clean but trying to find a sales associate when I needed help was difficult. When I did find one She gave me the wrong location for the product I was looking for. It wasn't even in the section she told me never mind the right aisle. I then had to look for another associate and he was able to help me.

My wife and I were looking for tile for our new bathroom and was having a hard time finding the right piece. One of the employees must have saw that we were having trouble because they came right up to us and asked if they could help us find what we were looking for. They saved us so much time that we would've spent running around searching for something that wasn't on the floor.

I received excellent help on 04-03-15, starting with the electrical dept, and the service desk. THANK YOU HOME DEPOT

As a woman, I appreciate the "very much improved assistance" I receive when shopping your store. Many years ago, I just dreaded going to the Home Depot. I couldn't find anything, and it seemed like the attendants were annoyed when I asked for assistance. Now, when I shop there it is a wonderful experience. I find help is immediately available and that they are very informed. The store is also conveniently organized and the aisles are clear. I could spend alot of time there. Thank you for making me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer.

There is always someone available to help, whether it's to answer questions show you where to find what your looking for or help load your goods. Everyone's friendly and happy to help.

very clean store able to walk down isles with out any large items in the way, was able to find what I needed with the way the isles are labled.
