How do I lessen window draftiness?

As the years pass, windows settle and may not fit as snugly as they did before. Check if they're drafty by bringing a steaming cup of coffee to the window. If you can see the steam swirl around the window, that shows you where cold air is getting in. Fill obvious spaces around windows with caulk. If your windows aren't snug in the frames anymore, use foam tape, weather stripping, or even a window insulation kit with sealing film to keep out cold air. Replace the windows as soon as possible.

When can I use my Blackstone grill or griddle again?

Wintertime temps put a damper on outdoor cooking and dining. When it warms up outside, bring out your propane grill to warm things up even more. A Blackstone griddle puts a fun twist on breakfast when you cook it up outdoors. Hot food with a steaming cup of coffee on a chilly morning is a great way to start the day. How can chainsaws help with yard and tree cleanup?

If you've got extra wooden pallets and spare wood sitting unused in a corner, chop them up with a chainsaw in the springtime so you can store them or get rid of the wood. Spring is a good time to organize the firewood pile and trim any broken tree branches too. Before firing up your Ryobi chainsaw, ensure that the chain isn't rusted or dull and that it's been oiled. Then, while wearing the proper safety equipment, use the chainsaw to cut the wood. Make evenly sized pieces for effective storage.

Does the Willmar Home Depot still offer Kids Workshops?

Yes, the Willmar store offers in-person Kids Workshops. These free in-store events take place every first Saturday of the month between 9am–noon. You may secure your Kids Workshop kit by registering online for the event. We have a new kit pack every month to keep your little doer engaged. Included in the kits are all necessary craft materials, as well as instructions, stickers, an apron pin, a certificate of achievement, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Paint and all other required tools are provided at the event. Kits may be ordered online at our Kids Projects Activities page or picked up in-store if you prefer to participate in the workshop from home. Visit our customer service counter or call us to check the availability of the kits.

Great employees

Really enjoy this store. Employees like Roger,Rita and Richard have been extremely helpful with remodeling and appliance questions. We also buy our paints from this store because of its quality

Excellent customer service!

I have been in twice in the last few days, and I have to say, every single staff I came across was smiling! They greeted me and asked if I needed help! First Brad (Santa) helped me, and was very helpful! The next time it was Matthew, and he was awesome too! All in all it was a great experience!

Ask for Jerry!

I was having some trouble getting my online purchase to even get into my cart… Jerry took care of my issues with that and then some. He knows his stuff and took care of all my needs. He did it in a timely fashion and was so pleasant to work with. Ask for Jerry in appliances!

Great employee

Bob was very helpful and answered my questions. He even went and found something for me without my asking. He knew what my project was and reminded me of everything I needed to finish. He was amazing. However, two other employees were not friendly and one even walked away from me. Bob deserves a raise!!!!

Love the staff

Since my move to Minnesota, I cannot think of one time when any sales associate has left hanging, whether its in person or a return call, not one time and Im in the store minimal 2 twice a week. Addy, Ally, Lulu, Dave, Althea, Rita, April, etc...and look forward to seeing everyone.
