Just had the best retail shopping experience of my entire life at our local Home Depot store. Every employee had a big smile and was very friendly. The associate that helped me with my purchase was extremely knowledgeable and went way, way above any expectations that I had to assist with my purchase. My entire visit from start to finish was absolutely outstanding!!

Store employee, Falon, jumped right in to help. I go in looking for maybe 1 thing and as with this visit I saw something that I thought was an excellent price and will be going back.

Beware!! Horrible customer service! Store employees to managers need training. Better off going to Menards instead. As Menards treats you like a customer unlike Home Depot in Willmar. Good Luck everyone!!

This store is well-stocked and the employees are very helpful.

I am a long time shopper at Home Depot. I find most of the products that I need to purchase at any given time. There have been a few items that did not work as well as I expected, but that can happen with any product. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I will continue to patronize The Home Depot store for my home repair/ remodeling projects, gardening and lawn supplies and equipment and most of my hand and power tools.

I love this store. It is my first choice for home improvement shopping. Over the years we have made many improvements and have been pleased with every trip. Associates are very helpful.
