We were greeted by Paul when we entered the store and he walked us over to the paint department. Katie has remarkable knowledge about paint, supplies, and what paint goes where. Both of them were very helpful. I highly recommend this store over the other box stores for home supplies.

everything went great at the store except the price went up $200 dollars from the last time . Now your web site sucks you try to load too much per page so it never finishes and is noe useable !!

As cliche as this may sound, I would leave zero stars - which should be an option at this point - I digress. My mom and I visited this Home Depot on 11/28/2025 it was around noon or one o’clock and my mom was trying to purchase some appliances that her and my dad had gotten a quote on. When we were at the register my mom’s card had declined and she was going to call her bank to lift her limit to be able to purchase the appliances. While she had walked off to the side there were two women that had walked up and i’m assuming they had asked what was going on. I heard our cashier (short older woman with glasses and short brownish hair, don’t remember her name) tell the other two women (one tall older woman with gray shoulder length hair and glasses - the other women was maybe 5’4/5’5 longer brown wavy hair - don’t remember their names either) “She’s calling her bank to lift her spending limit to purchase these appliances.” My mom comes back because she’s waiting for a call back from the bank and was contemplating coming back tomorrow - at this point the taller older woman was holding her quote. My mom asked to see the quote because she needed to see the amount of all of the appliances she was purchasing - as soon as my mom asked to see it they refused to give it to her. They told her “well it won’t be good tomorrow.” “they’ll have to make you another one.” and my mom was polite, she asked them for the quote in a very nice manner, but my mother was racially profiled by the two cashiers that had walked up in the middle of the situation. They were refusing to give her the quote saying “it won’t be good tomorrow anyways.” My mom then walks away to call the bank again and I heard them whispering but I am not sure what was said. Finally the woman with the longer brown wavy hair walks up to us and she hands me the quote. Eventually we get everything figured out and we get to leave, but my mother and I both felt very uncomfortable and like they were judging us. More my mom because I am a “white passing” hispanic, but I am not happy with the way that my mom was treated and the way that she was talked to. It felt very unprofessional, it was a very uncomfortable situation and if it weren’t for the fact that my parents NEED these appliances for their house, we would have walked out and taken our business elsewhere, but they were already this far into the process so we were sticking to it. After this is said and done, you best believe we will never be back to this location ever. again.

This store has very friendly and helpful staff. They are apparatus willing to help and take me to what I'm looking for.

I dealt with Pierre this visit. Outstanding. I have dealt with Celeste many times. She is very knowledgeable of her department and others as well. Pleasant. You feel like you’ve made a new friend. Best employee of the Decherd Home Depot.

I don't think it's necessary for 5 different employees to ask if I need help. I felt rushed to make decisions almost like they wanted me to hurry and get out. I like looking at everything, possibly touching everything so let me do so!

I have made multiple trips and purchases for 2 of the family homes this month. The employees were always helpful. The store is clean and organized. This is my favorite location.

The original key designed and cut by the computer wouldn't even go into the lock. Employee's on my return of the key went out of their way to figure out what the computer did wrong with the #60 blank. Experience mixed with expertise figured out it was a #80 blank. After cutting the new key, it went in sliding in like hot butter. Worked perfectly. Thank you.

I came in to pick up an online order. I was confused as to where the customer service was. The lady I asked was very friendly, and welcoming- as was the lady who processed my order. Definitely will be back!

The store manager was at the service desk along with multiple other employees standing around talking and watching customers walk by looking for items and never budged to help

Always plenty of people to help. Doesn't take a hour to get a gallon of paint , or a door or anything else.

Store is older and needs an update in appearance. Lived here 10 years and the store has remained the same. Employees are very helpful

I moved here from the northeast about 4 years ago. And I must say every time I go the HD in Winchester I'm always surprised how friendly the staff is and how helpful they are. It's so nice shopping there.

Everyone at Home Depot Winchester was absolutely wonderful. i have been to four different Home Depots and had the same experence. i go out of my way to shop at Home Depot.

I have been building a Ryobi collection, all bought from Home Depot, plus sanding paper, tool bits for the drill, saw for my big saw and the Jigsaw. Y'all have Everything a Guy could want, and I Like that!
