We were greeted by every associate that saw us and asked if we needed anything. Everyone was professional, friendly and helpful and we did not have to wait to check out. Our home improvement experience has been made better thanks to Home Depot!

I'm renting a house that still has a fuse box and the cylindrical fuses that controlled my dryer went out. I had no idea if anyone sold them around here, but I went into Home Depot to get some help. I took the fuses, and the unit they fit into, in with me. I was greeted at the door by a warm friendly smile and "Hello, Welcome to Home Depot! Some weather we're having, isn't it?!" I didn't catch her name, but she had shoulder length blonde hair, petite and super friendly. Made me feel right at home. When she realized that I might need help beyond her expertise, she found another gentleman associate that lead me right to the fuses and even showed me how to put them in and disposed of my old ones. We were talking about how we couldn't wait for gardening season to start and he lead me to a great deal on some seed starter kits. Then, I went to check out, the cashier, another lovely young lady, met me near the registers, took my items and carried them to the counter for me and checked me out. She also alerted me to the survey before I left. Everyone that was working there thanked me for shopping at Home Depot. What a great bunch!

The associates are extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the products in their departments. Checkout is made as easy as possible and extra registers are opened if somebody (me in this case) arrives at checkout with two over-flowing carts so that others do not have to wait for us to be checked out. It is a small store, so stock and quantities are sometimes limited.

This store is kept very clean and well organized. All associates are friendly and helpful.

The store associates were clearly into their nightly stocking mode when I entered the store but they told me to take as much time as I needed. Not only were they friendly to the late shopper that I am, they were extremely helpful and stayed with me to get the electrical supplies I needed even though I am very much an amateur and didn't know everything I was looking for.

This store is such a pleasant place to shop in. The employees are all helpful and so knowledgeable of everything. Unlike other places in town, you can definitely get the customer service experience you deserve at this Winchester Home Depot.

This is our favorite Home Depot around ,employees are always helpful and Management knows just what kind of advice to give when we have a question that I need answered by someone other than an employee. Very sadden by the fact that we no longer get to use our fuel points due to Home depot gas station closed.every penny counts in this day and time.

This store is always clean! Always bright! It's a smaller Home Depot but you wouldn't think so. They offer many things that a larger store has. The associates are always helpful in loading my truck with mulch etc. It's an easy store to get to know where things are.

I went to purchase a live Christmas Tree. I had called several other stores in my area looking and they were all sold out. When I called the Home Depot store the associate was very knowledgeable about the number of trees he had remaining and at each price point. I came right away and purchased my tree. I appreciated that they cut the bottom off the tree for me, and also trimmed some of the lower limbs so it would fit in my tree stand. He was very friendly. He smiled the whole time he was working on my tree and the customer that he had before me. I really enjoyed my shopping trip to Home Depot that day. They saved Christmas for my kids!!!!!

This is the best building supply store I have visited. Neat, clean and well organized. Availability of associates is far better than competitive stores. Associates are courteous and knowledgeable. Prices are very competitive. Selection of products is better than others. I need to travel considerably further to shop at this Home Depot, but the trip is worth it.

Our deep freeze was on the blink, and we were concerned that our fruit and vegetables from our summer garden would soon ruin. We went on line this morning and researched the freezer section at Home Depot, Lowes, and Sears. After looking at size, price, and features on line, we decided to go to Home Depot. We were looking for a 20 cubic foot, frost free upright with a good led light and found exactly what we wanted at Home Depot. We received a 10% discount and free delivery. Our freezer will be delivered this Saturday. We like to shop locally so our tax money will be used in our county. Easy in and out. Store Associates always greet you with a smile and/or hello.

Same associate greeted me when entering the store, asked could she help direct me to the item I was looking for, told her what I was looking for and she told me exactly where to go. Found the item with no trouble, surprised at the price, was thinking about ordering from Amazon and found the price at HD about 40% cheaper. Same associate checked me out. Great shopping experience, great associate.
