Terrible service.
If you bring your smelly dog you will be greeted and waited on. If you're just working or trying to get a job done go elsewhere.

      Awful when you try to call Home Depot tax exempt department
      Awful!! on hold forever finally asked to do a survey before they address the issue and then I was hung up on before I got to speak to anyone Went into the store and the pro desk employee encountered the same problem when he called corporate. Go somewhere else

        Nice stove but it should have been delivered in 3 days, not 5 days! They should tell you everything like it doesn't come with a Cord!! They should ask you does your 240 outlet have a 3 prong or 4 prong cord??And give you one!! Don't need a bracket so your kid can climb all over the stove! The price you pay today!!

            Product seems ok - delivery did not go well
            they just dumped it off in my garage saying it's policy not to put it where I want it... no one really explained that to me at the store

                Inferior products at higher prices
                Most of what I buy at Home Depot does not work for long. So I try to buy only name brand products, but even that doesn't work because I found out that their appliances are made to Home Depot specifications, so the brand you think you are buying is made specially to make more profit for Home Depot and that's why things don't last. Beyond that, if you comparison shop Home Depot charges more than competitors. It they post this review I'll be stunned.

                  We go to the Windham store because it is convenient for us. They are always helpful and usually always have what we're looking for. We are very satisfied customers and will continue shopping there!

                    Close by and well stocked
                    There is only ever like 5 employees in the entire store. They are so obviously overworked and overwhelmed. There isn’t anyone to help the customers, it’s basically a self service location. There is an obvious lack of leadership presence. Can see the few employees are doing their best but where is upper management? Where is the leadership?

                      Great store but needs more staff
                      We can usually find whatever we need at this store, but it's sometimes difficult to find someone to help us once we've found what we were looking for. We waited at LEAST 20 minutes for someone to help us recently because the only person available was helping another customer.

                        Will Call
                        If HD doesn't have the quantities you order online for a "will-call", they simply cancel part of your order. they don't call or email. I had set up to receive text messages. I got a text telling me that PART of my order was ready. Online, their inventory showed that everything was in stock. I had to call and ask what was missing from my order. I wish HD would put up pictures of the upper management. Customers could know who is part of the upper management. In this N. Windham store, I see many employees walk by customers who are loading large/heavy items and they simply ignore them. I go to many other HD stores and they seem to have more staff. Wish I was closer to a different Home Depot.

                          Had a special project for a child who wanted a themed wall. Paint was purchased and attending staff was a young lady, very knowledgeable on products and provided guidance on other paint department products I need to purchase when project is scheduled.

                                    Awesome employees
                                    Shopping at the store is worth driving an extra 20 to 30 minutes. The employees are all super helpful. I’ll give you one example. After verifying they had the product I wanted I went to look for a cart and employee as if they could help me. I said no I’m just looking for a cart. He said wait right here. I’ll get you one, I waited right there and not only did he bring the cart but he helped me load it. Shopping here is like going back in time 50 to 100 years give it a try you won’t be disappointed.

                                      I don't have his last name but I would like to recognize Alexis, a Latin male in the plumbing department who assisted me. Also Garrett, whom I did not meet but was very helpful with me on a follow-up telephone call and question. They were quite knowledgeable, and very helpful. I was in the store to make inquiry, but after speaking to him I was convinced to make the purchase

                                        Staff who really care!
                                        My husband and I went into the North Windham store with a list. Each staff person we encountered was friendly and took us to the item we were looking for and answered all our questions in a way that made us feel as though they actually valued our business. How rare is that!

                                          Customer Service?
                                          During this trip, the moment I walked into the building, there were 5 associates standing at the Customer Service desk chatting/hanging, several of which then looked directly at me and I still needed to be the one to initiate a hello to THEM! Meanwhile, as I passed the paint department there were two associates blatantly on their cell phones leaning on the front counter. I kept eye contact on them the entire time I walked by the full length of the department, from the main aisle, and they didn’t break attention from their personal cellphone screens ONCE. On top of it all, the self checkout associate seemed like she was over the day and disinterested in actively engaging with me, even though I was one of only two customers in the self checkout area. This store has been consistently unsatisfactory as it relates to associate access, knowledge, and friendliness. Yes, I buy what I need when I can find it, but I used to enjoy the human connection of shopping here and talking with associates who genuinely cared to be curious, ask questions, and give advice……

                                              I bought a snow blower and a dishwasher from the Windham H.D. The transaction was handled by Morgan. She went above and beyond to make sure this transaction went smoothly. She powered through a couple of snags and gave us the outcome we expected. I wish more of your employees had this drive and expertise to make sure of customer satisfaction. Not only at this location but at all of your H.D. Stores

                                                  I came to buy a gas range that I had seen online on sale…and had several questions. Caitlin ( ? Spelling) was very friendly, knowledgeable, patient with all my questions and did not complete the sale until I was satisfied that all my questions were answered and that this was the right purchase for me. Now I hope the delivery is as smooth! Thank you!

                                                    Rude employee
                                                    As my wife and I were checking out, a young man approached and began to speak. After informing him that I was not interested in what he was selling. He continued to speak and interrupt my wife and I. He relentlessly continued to inject himself, not seeming to understand the notion that when someone says that they’re not interested, they’re NOT interested. Frankly, the only reason we even shop this store is its location. This young man whom doesn’t seem to understand English, should be taught some manners or fired.

                                                      I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this location, most stem from a product shown as in stock online but then it’s no where to be found at the store. One time I asked at the service desk after an associate couldn’t find it, and that same associate walked by and was loudly complaining that I had asked to find it. I spoke with the manager who assured he’d let me know when the product arrived. A week later I went back and found the product was on the shelf, no one had ever contacted me. Most of the employees ignore you or just get in your way when you’re searching for an item. I still shop here because it’s the closest one to me but can’t really say many good things about this location.

                                                        Police always there with a license plate reader at taxpayers expense, also I don't need the authorities knowing what I'm doing evey minute of my life! Hire private security!

                                                          Good product, need more sophisticated equipment and training.
                                                          I needed honeycomb shades cut to order. The calculation should be computerized in order to be precisely cut to size. Associate was confused because measurement was to a 16th and the machine only went to 8ths. Many calculations were done by tge associate before the cut. Have yet to hang the shade to see if cut was accurate. Not the associate's fault. Home Depot needs to provide more accurate measure calculation equipment and cutting machine to insure precision and accuracy.
