Some "big box stores" make you feel like you are just another financial transaction. This particular Home Depot has always made me feel like a valued customer. I am a DIY home owner who knows just enough to be dangerous. I am not the kind of customer that is purchasing thousands of dollars of materials or the higher end professional grade tools. Typically I am shopping for a few 2x4s, a new faucet or some grass seed and fertilizer. Even so, this store has always made me feel as though I am just as important as the jumbo home builders. Ever get lost in one of these places? The employees here pride themselves in being able to able to direct you by aisle and shelf location to the item you need. Need some advice? They are happy to give it and if they don't know then they will find someone who does. The store is spacious, clean and always well stocked. I would be devastated if Home Depot's corporate headquarters moved this store to another location. Give this store a try. You will not be disappointed.

I've always had very good luck finding what I need in this store. It's one of the smaller locations, so occasionally I need to visit a bigger store or order online, but it's got a pretty good selection, and the associates are professional and friendly. There is plenty of parking, it's in a very convenient location, and the store is always clean. The few times an item has been out of stock, they found an acceptable substitute or directed me to another store that had what I needed. It's always a pleasure.

I am very impressed with North Windham's Home Depot

The store was as clean as a baby's butt after a bath. Everything was well organized, too! No trip hazards + no spills- GOOD JOB.

The only thing this store may have against it is it's size smallest depot I've ever been in however they almost always have what I need.

I have an expensive entry lock that had broken and I went to Home Depot to purchase a replacement. I was helped by Scott in the door department who went the extra mile to find a replacement part for me. I am waiting on its arrival but even if it does not fit, my impression of Scott will not change. Instead of taking the easy road and ordering me a $350 lock he sold me a $5.00 part. Just a great guy!!!!!

The associates are always pleasant and willing to help. The store is clean and well organized. I continue to enjoy my shopping experiences and absolutely love this store!

The lighting specialist that helped me was outstanding. He helped me find exactly what I needed and was extremely knowledgeable. I told all my friends about the great service I received.

The two men working in the building materials area (Sheetrock) were very rude and far from helpful! I will never visit this Home Depot again.

My contractor had gone into the store quickly to get a quote for the materials needed for my deck. Tom in materials provided an accurate quote, and I was able to pay over the phone. I asked Tom to email me my receipt for my records and he happily complied. This store has always had excellent helpful staff. I've been using them over over 4 years now and when it comes to my home I do most of my shopping here. Keep up the good work Home Depot North Windham!

The kitchen dept bent over backwards to coach us in remodeling our kitchen. Gave us some good ideas as they walked us thru the selection process. Cassandra & Kyle are the best, hands down.

Floor associates and cashiers were friendly and helpful. I use the store often for both in store and on line purchases.

I found exactly what I was looking for upon entering the store. The associate helped me load the cart. explained the tension rods used to help hang the insulation. The cashier was very pleasant. I was impressed how quickly I could get in and out of the store, she suggested I take the survey and tell HQ they like to know how we are doing. So I did. Thanks again. I really liked to price of the insulation, it was an important time of year to lower the price.

I can easily shop at Lowe's, because it's very close to my home, but choose to travel to Home Depot since I find more products to choose from. I only wish Home Depot was in my area.

We came in to purchase a large item that was stored on an upper level of the storage area. The associate was prompt and very helpful.
