Product was very easy to find Associate was very helpful

Store is neat and clean. Merchandise well arranged and isles well labeled. Associates are always observant and looking to help. In this most recent visit the cashier Brenden saw me looking around and left her station to come out and ask if she could help me find something than offered to hold what I had in my hands while I went to get my last item. Products are of decent quality, often American made, and competitively priced. Good variety and consistently in stock. I will continue to shop this store location.

I had a problem with my Home Depot Credit Card. It has been an on-going situation for 5 months. Tho I have called the credit card people that could not see the auto-pay error. Today I brought in my bank statements and monthly billings.......I explained the problem to Ashley at Customer Service. She understood my problem perfectly and arranged to get the problem resolved. She was pleasant and efficient.

Bill in Millwork Dept. was very knowledgeable, helpful and made ordering the item pleasant and painless! Sylvia (cashier) was very helpful, pleasant and respectful of the customer's wishes. Great people at this Home Depot!

ITEMS THAT I WAS LOOKING FOR WERE IN THE CORRECT ISLES AND WELL IN STOCK, THE ASSOCIATE THAT I NEEDED FOR HELP WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGABLE

HAD TO WALK AROUND TO FIND AN ASSOCIATE. NEEDED HELP GETTING MICROWAVE OFF OF THE SHELVES (TOO HIGH AND TOO HEAVY). THEY DID GET IT DOWN AND PUT IT IN THE CART FOR ME. UPON CHECK OUT WAS NOT OFFERED OR ASKED IF I NEEDED HELP TO TAKE THIS OUT TO AND LOAD INTO THE CAR. 64 Y.O. WOMEN LUGGING THIS BIG MICROWAVE. I WOULD HAVE APPRECIATED HELP

People will stop what they are doing to come and help you , just very friendly and very comfortable to speak to and easy going, polite . I wish other stores would pick up some of those good habits.

Even though this HD is not fully stocked. it mostly serves my needs. Recent effort to display more merchandise in the isles is a disaster. I cannot move my cart around. Also, they are staging more and more advanced orders in the isles making it very difficult to see products..

The store was very clean and was in and out in no time.

The product I wanted was easy to find. the associate was very helpful and loaded my car with no problem.. The cashier was very pleasant also.

When trying to purchase a shed, there were no dimensions on the website to help determine what type of vehicle should be used to pick it up in the store.

BIG shout out to Bob in Hardware and Sylvia on the register. With my arm in a sling from recent surgery, I cant say enough about the courtesy's extended, and the help given, especially from Bob. Not only did he take time to help me out, he brought the AC unit i was purchasing across the store, helped at the register and then lugged it to my car and loaded it in. Thanks Windham Home Depot for a great Store and Fantastic Staff...

This store is in a more rural setting, but still has plenty of product selection and many helpful associates. Will shop here again.

Although I do not like shopping at chain stores, this particular Home Depot's employees are absolutely outstanding! Cassandra in the kitchen design area is a real treasure. She has been amazingly helpful every time I had a question.

I have never had a better experience remodeling my home and yard everything I have purchased has been top notch example materials for a new roof new house deck new pool deck hardware and paints for the interior of my house even curtain rods that my wife loves as well as all my tools the staff is the best I have worked with thank you all.

I went in to purchase item on sale. I asked a clerk for help. She called for help and no came. When I went back the item was no longer on sale.

Good overall everyone was nice the store was a little clutter

The employees deserve recognition and praise, they were not only extremely helpful and friendly but also clearly respected their job. They were thorough in finding everything i wanted, friendly and personable and more important created a lasting impression on me that will only serve to make me a permanent customer and recruiter for future customers. I was easily able to find what I wanted in each department. Employees were chatting at the paint desk but once they noticed me they were prompt to offer assistance.

This is one of the better Home Depot stores. Not crowded like the Manchester store, and the employees are much more friendly. Would recommend shopping here.

The Wyndham CT Home Depot has been going down hill for about 3 months. The isles are loaded with either orders or materials making is very difficult to get to merchandise. Many items are out of stock, and inventory is not maintained properly. Many items are misplaced is there location, making it frustrating to shop. Recently, the main isle was full of merchandise on display making it impossible to move around with a material cart......

Just needed a gift card for a Fathers Day gift. Had to wait in line with all the contractors because the only other lines for check out were the self check out. Last time I tried to purchase a gift card I was told that self check out could not be used. Maybe having 1 or 2 lines with a human other than contractor lines would help those like me or those that are not comfortable with the use of self check out stations.

I had plenty of help at the help desk to give my returns.

I needed help trying to transport purchases that my Subaru would not accommodate. Imagine! Dan and Roger were SO helpful!

Josh was great to work with. He explained the different options of roofing and helped me pick the best option for my home. I would definetly recommend him and HD when it comes to shopping for building materials.

The associates are pleasant, plentiful and always willing to help.
