I went in to purchase some items with a stack of gift cards. I was certain it would take forever to check out. I was wrong. The cashier, Parker, that helped me was very knowledgeable and had me out of there in no time at all. I was relieved, to say the least. Not only was he quick, but he was also super friendly. Great job HOME DEPOT. This kid has a lot of potential, I hope you retain him and consider him when an advancement opportunity comes up.

I would like to compliment all the employees at the Woodbury Home Depot. Each employee that I walked by engaged me, asked if I needed help, and was friendly. Doug, Tom H., and Parker were rock stars and made my shopping experience at Home Depot the best, You have a customer for life!

Purchased 1 gallon of paint and went to checkout at customer service counter. Where the cashier was clearly available and not doing a thing. Approached Becca and was instantly lectured “ we normally don’t checkout people here, you need to go down there. But I will check you out today” . At a customer service counter? Please explain what customer service counter at your location is. And how completing my transaction is not part of the whole “customer service” aspect. Don’t lecture your customers. If your cashiers aren’t doing anything, they should just complete transactions. Save the lectures for someone else.

Shopped for paint colors, light fixtures, new faucet, backsplash for Mom's new kitchen and the experience was awesome with Salesman Mr. Young Blaize who took the time to help with every need and answer every question. Looking forward to seeing him again!

Got everything I needed to complete me Halloween projects!

There are so many products to choose from. Sometimes getting help from someone that is knowledgeable makes the biggest difference. Today that was David in appliances. He helped my wife and me even though it was not his department. Thanks David!

Just got a new Weber gas grill. Assembly and delivery were free and as a retired vet I received the military appreciation 10% discount. Great seasonal inventory. Woodbury, MN store employees are well trained and eager to assist. Thanks.

Once again store 2810 to the rescue! It's our favorite Home Depot out of the whole metro area. Best employees ever.

I bought two rolls of sod and found them dried out, dead, and moldy when I got them home. I went back to the store with photos to get credit for the defective product, but was told I could not get a refund without bringing in the defective sod. I find the store policy to be onerous in this case and would like a refund just based on the photos I showed.

Today the Home Depot in Woodbury, and in particular a supervisor named Chris Jansen, exceeded my expectations! Mr. Jansen was able to quickly understand the nature of my concerns about my home project, offered several great suggestions, located the perfect products to complete my home project and did it all in a very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable manner. My home project is now complete and everything worked out beautifully with the products recommended by Mr. Jansen! Excellent customer service!

Woodbury is once again my favorite store for about the 5th year in a row. I can always count on the store and the prodesk to go above and beyond. Especially Nathalie! I would recommend Woodbury over any store.

The Woodbury Store was neat and clean. The Pro Desk was on top of their game and did a fantastic design for the new deck I will be putting in this Spring. I would recommend their Pro Desk to my family and friends.

Nice clean store, I got a lot of help from Blaize at the electrical department and Audrey the cashier helps me to get all my stuff checked out really fast, thanks guys keeps that good service.

Every employee from the beginning to the end of our trek in the store was exceptionally courteous and interacted and performed all duties in a timely and friendly manner. We purchased numerous items. We were greeted at entrance, approached by several employees on needs and wants. We were escorted to several sectors of wanted items. The employees were knowledgeable, friendly and always smiling. First impressions are a must for us! The checkout person was fantastic and offered us a Home Depot card which we took advantage of on our 500 plus dollar purchase of items. We also had another employee help load our Kohler toilet into our SUV for safety. All in all we both applaud all of the employees from start to finish. I recommend this store to all customers to visit and shop at. Great location for not only Woodbury, but for our friends across the river in Hudson Wisconsin...Sincerely another satisfied couple and loyal customers...;-)

you cannot expect always to find a person to take you to the right aisle, or answer your questions, but you can see in this store people are very helpful.
