Thanks to a great staff that took the time to search all over the store for a specific bucket. :)

I love walking in and being greeted by friendly associates who are more than eager to offer me assistance in helping me find what I need during my visit.

The appliance department associate was friendly and seemed knowledgeable during the purchase (commission) phase of the purchase. However, once the product was delivered and did not function properly we were not important. There was no apology for experiencing a problem, nothing except it is not my job here at the store, call the warranty number. The unit had not been in operation from the beginning, the store should have been very interested in our problem. This was a refrigerator for crying out loud, we had already been without one for 5 days awaiting delivery and now we are 3 weeks out waiting for a Freon charge for the freezer to work. This is the 3rd special order type item we have had problems with and will NEVER use HD again. We will drive to the next town for any needs of this type if not available locally through another store. Never again from HD.

Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. This is a great place to shop. This is not what I expected from Home Depot.

They always help me find what I'm looks G for. I rented carpet cleaner with no problem and also have tracked down plumbing pieces that I needed.

Associates are extremely friendly. Maybe they can not answer your question right away, but they will help you through in their best. The only thing I think they can improve is not blocking aisles with ladders.

Had a lot of great information about what features truly matter- doesn't work on commission either.

The manager of flooring was awesome. He knew a ton about all kinds of flooring, answered every question i could think of, and spent over an hour with me, explaining all the options, pros and cons, and installation procedures. Then he passed me off to the kitchen cabinet people who were also very helpful! Great experience!

I am working on a fence repair. Our Home Depot store had everything that I needed to complete my project.

Home Depot paint department employees were very helpful in helping me select the right paint for our needs.

I waked in the exit and right in front of me was nice Ryobi Display!

I am not very handy myself, and knew I would need a store associate upon arrival. Kelley was so helpful! She personally escorted me to each of the items I needed, helped me figure out how I could accomplish what I was making, and she even helped me cut my wood! She stayed with me my entire stay at the store which was almost an hour. I had a great store experience because of her.

The store was clean & not too busy. I was able to find exactly what I needed, & got in & out quickly.

I have been into the Woodland store twice this week. We had to take in a shed we bought in Fairfield as it was defective. Woodland was wonderful, taking it back, checking to see if they had the same shed in store (which they did). The staff helped us put the shed onto the rolling chart, helped us check out and helped us load the shed into our truck. We had to come back the next day with the dimensions for the floor. The staff were helpful with the selection of the wood for the floor and cut the wood to the correct dimensions. The cut was perfect and fit exactly.

I love shopping at Home Depot. I always find what I need and everyone is always willing to help.

I love shopping at this Home Depot. We are there usually twice a day on work days. The employees are friendly and cheerfully helpful. So missed our favorites when they were recently away for vacation. Love it that often she has coffee available for the contractors. The pro desk staff goes above and beyond, and it is much appreciated. Thank you so much for having great people at this store all the way from the garden department, doors, and pro desk to the best help ever for loading up all our building supplies. Thank you to all who go above and beyond to make our work day go smoother and get us smiling when we need a boost to our day. Love you guys!

I have enjoyed every trip to this store. I haven't always need help from an associate, because the store is pretty well laid out. However, when I needed one, she was very helpful.

We were helped immediately when we came to the appliances section. We new the model we wanted, so it was a quick process and the store associate was friendly and helpful. We were in and out quickly.

Marcia immediately helped me when I entered the appliance area. She was able to answer all of my questions about the Home Depot credit card, which I planned to apply for to purchase the appliances. Both of the appliances I had looked at online were in store on display, so I was able to fiddle with them in person. Marcia assisted me with getting the credit card, scheduled my appliance delivery and processed my payment all at the appliance desk, super easy and pleasant. Definitely would recommend this department, she was great.

Associate Kiernan went above and beyond helping me get materials that I needed for my classroom. He helped me find materials that I could use as dry erase white boards and even cut them down to sizes my students can manage, at a price my school district can afford. Thank you for the excellent service!

We only went in to return our faulty water heater and the associate Joe was super helpful. Thank you Joe for helping us so much. With kids under 6 the car style kid shopping carts came in handy to keep the kids entertained while it took a little time to do the return. But after the return we had fun zooming (a quick walk) the kids around the store in the carts and the tile isle had some pallets to weave the kids through but it made for a more adventurous trip to Home Depot. In our "zooming" the store looked well lit and realitivly clean.

I always look forward to visiting this store. I typically find just what I need here.
