We recently visited Home Depot on a Sunday. A day that the weather was great. So, naturally we want to work in the yard. There were 0 employees outside to help with flowers, mulch, etc. self checkout was down outside and there was only 1 checkout. The checkout lady was very slow. We waited in line for over 15 min. And finally went inside to checkout.

Gail was very profecional and helpful

Gail did a terrific job in matching and mixing our 12 year old paint on our walls. It matched perfectly - you cannot tell where we repaired the nail holes.

I got the Scotts Reel Mower and I LOVE it!!! It works so great. The employees at this store are so friendly and helpful! Was also able to find 2 items I needed that the OTHER (blue) store didn't stock!!! :)

No matter your skill, knowledge or trade level, these guys know how to talk to customers and love to help everyone. I enjoy going here, as I'm no master of any trade and usually have an annoying question, as I'm always taking on projects outside my scope of capabilities. However each time, there is always someone that knows what I need and takes the time to help and explain a solution. Keep crushing it.

Two separate employees were very cordial and helpful in finding items I was looking for. The cashier was extremely patient when my receipt was quite a bit more than I expected and helped me understand why so I was able to change out an item.

They educate you on what you need. Everyone is friendly.

Good product selection but be prepared to be unable to walk through any aisle . Product displays, barriers and lift ladder storage throughout the store

I bought a dryer yesterday at the Home Depot on I-45 and Research Drive. The customer service was I received in the appliance department and at the time of checkout was great. I will definitely be shopping there in the future.

We were greeted with a smile by Joshua. He was very knowledgeable of the merchandise we needed. His eagerness to help us made our shopping experience pleasant. He saved us time by helping find everything we needed and even made suggestions. It is employee's like Joshua that will keep us coming back to this Home Depot.

Christine needs some serious customer service training.

This store was well organized and well stocked and I was greeted the minute I walked in and asked what I was shopping for—very helpful.

As was on my review, the pin pads only accept cards and not other types of payments, scanner guns are always malfunctioning and turning off, such an awful experience in checkout

I bought so many cinderblocks to make a fortress to keep my tortoise from escaping that they know me. They are very helpful with loading my truck.
