Great location and easy access to I-45 north and South

It has a great product lineup, and employees there are very helpful and friendly. I bought trimmers and other stuff and it seems like it had a lot more options than nearby Lowe’s.

Found several options for what we were shopping for. Did not experience High Pressure sales personnel, so had a good shopping experience. Sale lady was very helpful and was very informed about the different products.

I recently visited your store wanting to purchase several items on a newly opened account. Mike went beyond the call of duty to make this happen. Although we revolve around a world that’s primarily driven by money and capitalism, and I have no problem with that, but what’s also important to me is principle, honor, customer service, and “doing the right thing”. In today’s society, these traits hardly exist anymore. Mike spent a significant amount of time dealing with our situation and I can’t thank him enough. Something else that I noticed about your store is that it’s much cleaner and more organized than the current store that I normally visit (I-45 and Holzwarth) which I can barely get a cart through some of the aisles due to stacks and pallets of items. I like being able to walk down the aisles without obstructions in the way or items protruding out into the walkway causing you to dodge around them which is bad enough, let alone dealing with other people during a busy day. Due to Mike and his dedication and diligence toward this and my situation, you’ve earned a couple of future loyal customers to your store, even though it’s a few miles more out of my way. Mike is a major credit to your store.

Busy location but make you feel your the most important person in the store. Friendly helpful team of employees. Clean, organized and good selection of products. Nice selection in the garden center of healthy plants.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I just love the vibe at the store. Plus the majority of customers that come are generally nice and educated from the local area of The Woodlands. This store is convenient to shop at and i have found some really great deals here at random.

I've been to many different Home Depot stores over the years. I find this store to be more charismatic of them all. The associates are always willing to help even when one pretends he doesn't need it lol. This is my store. I'm there more than ever since becoming a General Contractor. The ladies in the garden center are awesome! I went buy a bag of peat moss and they don't have someone to help me carry my card so I went to the cashier and she was able to get assistance for me. When it was taking so long the lady in the back of garden center was cleaning plant pots and I thought she could help. I approached and she said yes and we went and grabbed a bag. The bag broke so she went and get a patch so it will not be spilled on transportation. It went smoothly that day. I will go back and shop some more knowing I'll be taken care of in instances I am in need.

Store is about standard for a Home Depot, but getting in & out was a challenge.

I have visited this store since it opened. It is normally very well stocked and the employees are nice and helpful. We moved but still go back to this location, even though it it out of the way.

This is the worst store for customer service I have ever seen... Stood on electric (aisle 3) for over 25 minutes waiting on someone to come cut wiring. Asked several people that were walking around, making 2 trips to the customer service desk. Then when no one came I walked to self checkout, purchased my other items and started to leave. I asked one of the ladies I had asked for help earlier if she could call the manager so I could tell them about my experience in the store... she replied she was the "acting" manager since the manager had left the store at that time. So I explained everything and she apologized stating they were understaffed.. to which I pointed out 7 employees on both sides of the customer service desk and said none of them could have done it? She then explained that "JD" could do it and she pointed to a gentlemen standing one aisle over... turns out to be the second person I had asked for help. I called this morning to talk to manager, and was told he wasn't in the store... just amazing

Poor service for online orders for construction material. Don't even bother ordering online thinking you'll save any time. Waste of time and the store manager isn't available to assist with these poor service issues; no wonder the service is poor - the store manager is MIA!

Associates are professional, friendly and knowledge. This is my go to hardware store for all my DIY projects.
